This is a pasta restaurant located in Tsutaya Bookstore in the newly opened "ito Lab+". Here, you can enjoy various pasta dishes using mentaiko (spicy cod roe) from "Yamaya", a famous mentaiko shop. I ordered a "Custom Mentai Pasta" where you can choose the sauce and ingredients, along with a drink. I chose shrimp, eggplant, and spinach as toppings, and selected a tomato base with the aroma of lobster. After mixing the ingredients well, my original pasta was ready.
