Lunchtime at Restaurant El's Kitchen on the 4th floor of Kansai Electric Power Hospital in Fukushima Ward. The restaurant has a simple, vertical layout with table seating on the left and a counter along the window on the right. We chose to sit at the counter where we could see the outside view without hesitation. I ordered the Japanese fish set meal for 1230 yen, while my mother ordered Kitsune Udon for 600 yen. Today's fish dish was "Mackerel with Salt Koji". The set meal included rolled omelette, potato salad, pickles, rice, miso soup, and a dessert of warabi mochi ❤︎ The salt seasoning was mild and gentle on the body, but still flavorful and delicious. The calorie, protein, fat, and salt content of dishes like Kitsune Udon and other rice bowls are clearly listed. I was told by the staff that they can provide nutritional information if you ask. Truly a restaurant within a hospital! After the meal, we enjoyed a mixed juice while gazing out at the river in Nakanoshima through the window. Thank you for the delicious meal☆

This time I had tempura udon. The tempura udon was quite ordinary. I managed to secure a window seat and enjoyed my tempura udon while looking at the river. The view was nice! It was good to spend a relaxing time looking out the window. This place is definitely good for having tea.

This is a restaurant on the 4th floor of Kansai Electric Power Hospital. It seems to be run by a related company of the Beefsteak Suehiro. They offer a variety of dishes ranging from affordable options like Kitsune Udon for 510 yen, to visually appealing and healthy bento boxes made with seasonal ingredients for 1200 yen, and Unagi-don for 1300 yen. I tried the Tempura Donburi for 860 yen, which comes with miso soup.

As of February 3, 2018, with a rating of 3.04 on Tabelog and 4 reviews posted, on this day I went to Kansai Electric Power Hospital in Fukushima 2-chome with my wife in the morning. We had appointments in the afternoon as well, so we had lunch on the 4th floor here. We sat at the counter overlooking the Okawa (Dojimagawa) river. I had pork cutlet curry and coffee, while my wife had omurice and black tea. The taste was not bad at all. The best part was the view. Watching the deep green Dojimagawa river flow leisurely, time passed by slowly. My wife suggested that when spring comes, we should take a water bus from Yodoyabashi to visit Nakanoshima and Osaka Castle. Even though we live in Osaka, we haven't really explored the city much, so it might be a good idea. Thank you for the meal!

I wanted to try the shop inside the Kanden Hospital, but I wasn't sure where it was located since I've never been inside the hospital before. The hospital seems to be quite new and I was a bit lost trying to find the shop. It turned out to be next to the convenience store. I wanted to stop by the hospital's convenience store, but I didn't have time. I thought it might be a cafeteria inside the hospital, but it wasn't. I ended up ordering the salmon set meal, but I felt like the price was a bit high for what I got. I wish it was a bit cheaper. I also considered just having tea by the window seat.

Elz Kitchen on the 4th floor of Kansai Electric Power Hospital. After visiting the Art Aquarium exhibition at Nakanoshima River Forum, we stopped by here for ice cream and iced coffee (I forgot which was which, but it cost 260 yen and 310 yen including tax). The order was served in about 10 minutes and it was delicious. It was around 6 pm on a weekday, with only two other customers having dinner, creating a calm atmosphere. From the window, we could see the Regal Royal Hotel and the Tosabori River Cruise boats passing by, making it a relaxing experience. The Tosabori River Cruise dock was also just a 3-minute walk away. The 20-minute cruise at 6:30 pm was perfect as we got to see the transition from dusk to night, with the bridges starting to light up, creating a beautiful scene. It was a very satisfying cruise, especially in late August.

Kanden Hospital's 4th floor has a restaurant with a nice view of the Dojima River. I had an iced coffee for 310 yen, while my companion had kitsune udon. The menu displays calorie, salt, and sugar content for each item, which is reassuring. However, the prices are a bit high for a hospital restaurant. The view is great and the calorie information is helpful, but I'm not sure if it's worth coming here specifically for the food.

I had some business at Kansai Electric Power Hospital and it was lunchtime, so I decided to have lunch there. The restaurant is located on the 4th floor of the hospital, with a counter seat that overlooks the Dojima River and you can see the Riga Royal Hotel diagonally to the right. The hospital is newly built, so the interior is very clean and beautiful. Since I was alone, I sat at the counter seat. It was around 12:00 on a weekday, and although the restaurant was not full, it was not crowded at all, creating a relaxed atmosphere. I had the "Shunsai Kobako Healthy Bento" for 1030 yen. It is a diabetic meal provided at Kansai Electric Power Hospital, known for its healthy balance. I am not diabetic myself, but the bento looked delicious in the photo, so I decided to order it. There were 7 small side dishes, giving it a luxurious feel. As expected from a healthy balance meal, the flavors were mild and slightly lacking, but the portion was generous. I was drawn to the variety of 7 dishes! The tuna sashimi was quite fresh and tasty٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
