Happy hour experience. Half-empty glass of sparkling wine with bland hot chicken wings (adjusted with a lot of Tabasco). The ambiance is stylish and the service is decent, so the overall rating is 3.0. Depending on how you use it, such as getting a course with all-you-can-drink for multiple people, it could be enjoyable.

According to the website, R.C. stands for Rose and Crown. I visited the restaurant on a weekday evening around 6:30 pm alone. There is a counter where even one person can sit, but I am the only solo customer. There are already about 50 customers, mostly Japanese, with possibly one elderly Western couple. The staff are probably all Japanese. I ordered the Victorian Ale Regular (780 yen incl. tax) and the Charcuterie Platter (1,200 yen). Charcuterie refers to a variety of cured meats such as prosciutto, salami, rillettes, and bread. It was quite delicious. They provide hand towels for service. The music playing was soul or vocal jazz at a low volume. The total came to 1,980 yen. It was quite good, and I might visit again sometime. For those who use Line, there is a happy hour discount until 7 pm. You can become a member on the same day. However, I do not use Line, so I paid the regular price.

We visited the restaurant with a reservation for five people on a Friday night. The place was almost full throughout, so I recommend making a reservation. We ordered a la carte this time. The appetizers and snacks were plentiful, but the main dishes had fewer options. Be aware that the variety of dishes you can order decreases after a certain time. The craft beer selection was extensive, and they also had a good lineup of other drinks, including authentic cocktails, averaging around 1000 yen per glass. While the average drink cost may feel slightly higher than a casual bar, it's surprisingly reasonable at around 4000 yen per person if you plan on going to a second place and aim to fill up to about 70% full. The restaurant has an adult atmosphere and delicious food, making it suitable for various occasions such as girls' night out, colleagues gathering, or a date. I personally recommend the macaroni and cheese dish as it was incredibly delicious.

Until 7:00 PM, Dynac members can enjoy happy hour. The happy hour menu has changed since last time. All items are 500 yen! Beer is available in regular size for just one coin. Starting with Premium Black, then Sparkling Wine, Tokyo Craft, and Victorian Alto. The staff are excellent at timing when your glass is empty and recommending drinks. They are too good at recommending, and I ended up drinking too much. It's amazing that you can enjoy all this for just one coin. The regular menu also looks delicious, so I splurged on the roast beef sandwich. I'll definitely be a regular customer here.

I visited on a Friday night. It was very crowded probably because it was the weekend. I ordered the 4000 yen course and the food was delicious. It was a fun time. The speed of service was good and the staff's customer service was also good. I will go again.

A wonderful place where you can drink from noon. They had a happy hour special where regular size beers were 500 yen until 7 pm, so I tried the Victorian Alt, a limited edition craft beer from Musashino Brewery. It wasn't exactly what I was in the mood for, but it was delicious. I felt like saying "Cheers!" as I enjoyed it.

British Pub & Restaurant "THE R.C.ARMS Shinbashi (The R.C. Arms)" located in Shinbashi. A British Victorian pub where citizens come to drink, eat, and have fun, from "ROSE = commoner" to "CROWN = noble". The previous "Rose and Crown" operated by Dynac was renovated and renamed THE R.C.ARMS. Enjoy British Sunday roast, traditional fish & chips, and London's famous gin. Lunch menu includes daily lunch plate (such as roast pork and lemon herb sautéed chicken), hamburger plate, cheese carbonara, weekly pasta specials, and bone-in chicken spicy curry, all with a drink bar. Desserts include carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, lemon drizzle cake with whipped cream, and chocolate brownie. I ordered the "Hamburger Plate". The meal was accompanied by a drink bar offering iced tea, vegetable juice, ice coffee, and vinegar juice. The salad was generously dressed in French dressing, the mashed potatoes were smooth with a light crust, and the hamburger was substantial with a rich meaty texture, topped with Parmigiano cheese. The rice was shiny and had a nice texture. After the meal, I enjoyed a cup of coffee. It's nice that despite being in a business district like Kanda or Shinbashi, where many places rush you out after eating, this place allows you to relax a bit with a post-meal coffee. It's a pleasant change of pace.

It was a good restaurant with a mature atmosphere that was close to the station and not too noisy. The food was reasonably priced and delicious. The classic Red Eye made with black beer and the original highball made with whiskey were both very aromatic and delicious.

Since last year's Keltz Ross, I have been exploring places where I can enjoy properly delicious beer. This place used to be Rose & Crown, if I remember correctly. The satisfaction exceeded my expectations. The staff were very kind, and the atmosphere was traditional and relaxing. The dishes all complemented the drinks well. Weekdays in Shinbashi have become uncomfortably aggressive with all the touting in recent years, but Saturdays are still okay. I was able to enjoy a quiet and peaceful time savoring delicious beer. I will definitely be coming back. Plus, the happy hour until 7 pm was fantastic.

I visited a British pub within walking distance from my home for dinner, which had recently been renovated. It was much more stylish than any pub I had seen in London. Unlike the rowdy pubs in London where people drink beer and watch soccer matches even in the middle of winter, this pub was very chic. I hesitated for a moment due to its stylish appearance, but decided to enter. Not only was it stylish, but they also had a wide variety of alcohol, which I later found out was operated by Suntory's subsidiary, Dynac. I ordered some unusual dishes like horse meat tartare, special fish and chips, and three types of wine - sparkling, red, and white. I didn't have high expectations for pub food, but surprisingly, the horse meat was delicious. On the other hand, the fish and chips were a unique twist with chips wrapped in the batter. I looked at the wine list, which was limited but well-selected (actually quite tasteful). The prices ranged around 9,000 yen. It's a stylish British pub that could be perfect for a date night.

"R&C, which has undergone a brand renewal on the first floor of the Shimbashi Brick Street Building, does not offer lunch service on weekdays, so I will visit on the weekend. While considering the official lunch menu options such as 'Juicy Chicken Jambalaya' for 1100 yen, 'Singapore Chicken Rice' for 1200 yen, and 'Original Spice Curry (Dal & Chicken)' for 1100 yen, I ended up choosing the 'Today's Special Pasta' for 1200 yen, specifically the 'Lamb Ragout Sauce' option. I also ordered a beer for 950 yen. The menu was taken away after asking if I was done with it, and I enjoyed the British pub-style atmosphere while watching sports on TV. The dish arrived in 13 minutes, and I opted not to use Tabasco as the sauce was already flavorful. The thin noodles were cooked al dente, allowing me to savor the sauce and noodles. I couldn't confirm if the Minato-ku campaign was being promoted, but I made a cashless payment and the whole experience took 27 minutes. Whether my inconvenient point card could be used or not remains unknown."

On December 5, 2022, I had dinner at a restaurant called "THE RC ARMS" located in Shimbashi. This British Pub & Restaurant opened on December 5, 2022, and offers a British pub experience with dishes like Sunday Roast, original Fish & Chips, and a variety of Gin & Tonics. I tried the scallop ceviche, special Fish & Chips, and spicy chicken Jambalaya. The scallop ceviche was fresh and tasty, while the special Fish & Chips had a unique twist with shredded potatoes. However, the Jambalaya lacked a homemade touch. Overall, the restaurant may not be suitable for sports bar enthusiasts, but it's worth a try for those looking for a British pub experience.

There is a sister restaurant in front of Yurakucho Station where I had lunch. Despite not entering at a particularly late hour, the place was surprisingly empty. The lunch comes with a drink bar and options like daily specials, pasta, bone-in curry, and hamburger. I chose the daily special plate. The drink options include vegetable juice, which was a pleasant surprise. The plate lunch consisted of a salad, two slices of roast pork that didn't taste like roast, three small pieces of salt lemon fried chicken, and mushy mashed potatoes. Everything except the vegetable juice was just okay. I should have gone with the bone-in chicken spicy curry instead.

We used this restaurant for a drinking party with 8 people. We wanted to sit side by side so we could talk comfortably, so we chose this place based on other reviews and photos. It turned out to be a good choice as we were able to chat leisurely and all the members enjoyed themselves. We reserved the 2-hour all-you-can-drink course for 5,000 yen, and the food and drinks were delicious. The quality for the price of 5,000 yen was reasonable with good value for money. Among the all-you-can-drink menu, I particularly liked the not too sweet, not too bitter gin and tonic. We chose the course with roast beef, which was also delicious. The appetizers were served in small portions and the plates were changed frequently, providing a satisfying service for the price. The interior and the staff's uniforms were cute, and the service was polite and pleasant. If I had one request, it would be to post more photos of the food on Instagram, as it would be more helpful for choosing a restaurant. We were having so much fun eating and chatting that we forgot to take photos of the food, but we plan to visit Shinbashi soon, so we would like to use this restaurant again.

We used the restaurant with 9 people from 6:00 pm on Friday. Both the drinks and the food were delicious, and the calm atmosphere made for a very enjoyable drinking party.

The food is delicious and the service is very polite. It seems very busy on Fridays due to its popularity.
