The taste was very rich, and it was good with the egg at first, but towards the end, it became a bit too spicy. The taste was as expected, and it seemed like something I could easily make at home. There are other set meal menus available, so I plan to try something different next time.

I ordered the Beef Pasta in medium size (935 yen). It arrived at the counter in just a short 10-minute wait. The dish looked great with the raw egg on top, and it came with a side salad and miso soup. The pasta had thicker noodles than I expected. The sauce was rich and had a soy sauce base with a hint of acidity and a slight sweetness. The pepper added a nice flavor too. The sauce was excellent! Mixing in the raw egg toned down the acidity and gave it a sukiyaki-like taste. The thick noodles paired perfectly with the rich sauce. There was plenty of meat, so it was very satisfying to eat. It was a well-thought-out dish, and the deliciousness lasted until the last bite. I didn't get tired of it at all! (The salad and miso soup helped refresh my palate). I really liked this type of dish! Next time, I might go for the large size... It's not available every week, so it feels a bit rare too... Thank you for the meal!
