I went into a building where there used to be a Tenjin Loft. The building is currently under renovation, but Subway was still open. This time, I ordered a Hot Chicken Sandwich. The bread was Honey Oats, and the sauces were Hot Sauce and Basil Sauce. I wanted to eat vegetables, so I went there, and I was able to eat a lot of vegetables at a reasonable price.

I am looking for a low-calorie, high-protein dining option that I can easily go to alone at an affordable price, but the number of stores offering this is decreasing. I was feeling a bit peckish, and if I went to the department store basement, I felt like my appetite would go out of control, so I came here. I ordered the chili chicken with honey oats. For the set drink, I chose oolong tea. The bread was a bit dry, and to be honest, other fast food places might have tastier options. However, as someone who is always watching their weight, this place offers better value than other fast food options.

Subway on the first floor of Tenjin Loft. There is also a Seattle's Best Coffee next to it. It's located right as you enter, so it's very easy to find. The interior is comfortable for dining alone, and there are plenty of charging stations. They serve plenty of vegetables and chicken, so I visit occasionally. They accept QUO Pay, so if you have gift cards, be sure to use them.

I didn't have much of an appetite, so I wanted something light to eat and decided to visit a shop on the first floor of loft after a long time. I was torn between the lunch set with shrimp and avocado and the BLT, but I chose the BLT today. They toasted sesame bread for me, added olives and pickles, and served it with basil sauce. It was reliably delicious. The shop had a relaxed atmosphere where I could maintain social distance, which was nice.

I had some business to attend to at Loft after a long time, and I found a Subway on the first floor of Loft Fukuoka. I saw a lunch menu with a daily juice for 500 yen and decided to stop by. I chose a sesame seed bread, which was then toasted for me. When asked if I wanted all the vegetables, I said yes. The sandwich had lettuce, red onion, tomato, and carrots. There were 10 dressing options, and I chose Caesar dressing. The sandwich was delicious with plenty of vegetables and tuna. The seating inside was comfortable with table seats available. They also offer a morning menu starting from 8 o'clock.

I went to Big Camera 1st store for an iPhone battery replacement. It was going to take about an hour, so I went to Subway on the 1st floor of Loft nearby. I remember there used to be a Subway near the 2nd store as well, but it seems to have disappeared in recent years. I thought there was another one in Tenjin and maybe one in Hakata, but I couldn't find any information about them. I love Subway, so it's sad to see the stores decreasing. I didn't take any photos because my phone was at Big Camera. I had a Pizza Bacon Italiana for ¥490 at Subway. I asked for no olives in the vegetables which included green peppers, onions, and olives. I also got a Potato & Drink set for an additional ¥320. I always go for the cheese potatoes at Subway, so I had that along with a warm pizza sandwich. It was delicious. The cheese potatoes were as tasty as always. The pizza sandwich was warm and satisfying, especially on a cold day.

I really love it, so I was happy to be able to go and buy it after a long time! I would be happy if they opened more stores, but I will continue to visit diligently~~~

Subway is still the best! The tuna is delicious.

Kachuco, refreshing in Hakata ⑳ It seems that there are few Subway stores in Japan, I saw on Yahoo! News that the number of stores is decreasing. I think it's quite delicious though. After McDonald's withdrew, this store opened, and it seems that you can also pair it with a cool coffee shop next door. This time, I ordered a roast beef sandwich with flatbread instead of bread, and the sauce was oil & vinegar, salt, and pepper, with maximum vegetables!! I also added olives. It goes well with Seattle coffee, a delicious sandwich. It was delicious.

Early spring of 2018, wow, this place is actually a holy place for Subway fans in Fukuoka!! That's because McDonald's actually turned into Subway, what an amazing achievement! They have daily specials too, cute staff, and of course, load up on the veggies! And don't forget the double hot peppers! Yeah, I can definitely go there more often, right? In Fukuoka, the only McDonald's that really turned into Subway for the New Year in 2018!? That was the case here~ I was working nearby and asked a colleague to order a deli, but when I told them the contents... "Veggie Delight + Minestrone" set (300 yen + 320 yen) The takeaway doesn't come with a vegetable topping... My colleague wasn't used to Subway and couldn't say anything firmly haha. Today, I had a Clubhouse sandwich with basil potatoes and a hot coffee at the Subway and Seattle's Best Coffee combined store inside Tenjin Loft for the first time in a while. I had half with mayonnaise and half with honey mustard. I don't usually eat a lot of vegetables, but I don't dislike them, so they taste good when eaten like this. It's a light lunch, but it was satisfying. The Seattle's Best Coffee store is adjacent, so they may be under the same management.
