During my business trip, I stayed at Chisan Inn and had their familiar breakfast. The menu is limited, but it was enough to start the day! They had plenty of natto, nori, and bread. The breakfast included lots of vegetables, wiener sausages, shumai, and thick fried eggs. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

It was a buffet. I didn't have much of an appetite due to a slight hangover, but I ate anyway. It was neither good nor bad. The miso soup was too weak in flavor. The curry was okay.

I came by rental car from Hakata to Munakata. The hotel is located along Route 3. It is not very big, but small and cute. The interior is colorful! The rooms have a large bed and bunk beds, with a capacity for three people. The bathroom is also colorful and clean. Breakfast is served in the colorful lobby. There are plenty of vegetables and a variety of options, all looking vibrant. The stir-fried eggplant was really delicious. The scrambled eggs were also of high quality. They even had rice and miso soup, and natto. The Fukuoka specialty, karashi takana, was tasty too. For those who prefer bread, there was also bread available. I looked for coffee after the meal but couldn't find any. As I was about to give up and return to my room, I found it in front of the check-in counter. I see, this way you can enjoy your coffee in your room and prevent the breakfast area from getting crowded. It was a simple yet good quality buffet, and quite delicious for a hotel buffet.
