I went to the restaurant with my kids after finishing some errands nearby, as it was snack time. My kids are 4 and 1 years old, and I brought a stroller with me. It was a weekday around 3:30 PM. The restaurant was mostly filled with elderly people and one group of high school students. There was no one at the order counter, so we were able to place our order quickly. My kids got soft serve ice cream each, and I got my favorite apple pie. When I finished ordering, our food was already prepared. I thought the soft serve ice cream would be placed on the counter, but the staff handed it to us directly. Just as I was putting my wallet back in my bag, the staff who took our order said, "Let me bring it to your table," and handed me the ice cream. They had brought a chair for my kids, so I used that to move them to the table, put them on the chair, folded the stroller, and as I was doing all this, the staff member said, "I'm sorry, I have to go back now," and passed the ice cream to me halfway. I was grateful for their help, but I wish they could have waited a bit longer or had the ice cream ready on the counter. It was a bit chaotic, but my kids enjoyed their ice cream, getting it all over their faces while saying it was delicious. My apple pie was also delicious and hot. I've always liked apple pie, and since I can only get it at McDonald's, I crave it occasionally. The freshly made one requires caution as the filling can be hot, but I love the crispy crust, so I couldn't resist eating it. The restaurant is conveniently located near a park, making it easy for takeout. It might get busy on holidays. Thank you for the meal.
