Counter seats require reservations!! Pine uses okonomiyaki batter and potato salad, so I usually don't eat it when on a low-carb diet, but today is a cheat day, so I happily ate itᕙ( ˙꒳​˙ )ᕗ When Pine and Yukke-like dish came out, the manager Iwachan started bustling around ( ゚∀ ゚)ハッ! I found a weakness in Tekkaban Yarou (Iron Plate Guy) (´^ω^`)ブフォwww, which is that you can only eat the famous dishes like Paime, Uni Spinach, Mentaiko Dashimaki Ikura Kore (egg 3 pieces of TTT (laughs)) on the day when you decide to go there. It must be a matter of feelings, right? Satisfaction 100% means ❀( ⸝⸝•ᴗ•⸝⸝ )❀. I enjoyed dishes other than the famous ones while thinking that I ate too much for lunch. This is my second visit. The best restaurant I regretted going to when I was quite full after visiting three places. Their specialty is the "Tonpei *I ordered a half portion this time". As the name suggests, the teppanyaki dishes are delicious and go well with alcohol. I didn't take a picture, but the "Paine" was also delicious!! A dish with a lot of potato salad and cheese on okonomiyaki dough (just thinking about it makes me drool..). For dessert, the "Risa-named Aino-ri ~ Ice Norimashita," as the name suggests, I named it myself ✨✨ When I visited, it was still in the experimental stage, so I believe it has become an even more wonderful dish by now! Only at a place like this can a customer (drunkard) become the namer of a dish. They have a wide variety of alcohol, and I always laugh at and order from their menu with a sense of humor. As mentioned at the beginning, it is a place where you should go with an empty stomach~ Next time, I will definitely visit as the first stop!

Welcome.---------- 2022.12 ----------After hesitating, I arrived at this place for classic teppanyaki dishes (and I even passed by Torimachi because it's on the 2nd floor). I decided to start with "Sweet Shrimp Namero," which had a strong namero flavor. The salted fish roe is common, but this one is really good. Next, the "Painé" dish, which combines okonomiyaki dough with potato salad and oozy cheese, with a marriage of Tabasco, salt, and truffle flavors. This is the restaurant's specialty, known as "Osaka soul food." Then, the "Cabbage Grilled Whole" dish, with plenty of pickled ginger on okonomiyaki dough, is a hearty and good side dish for drinking. The sweetness of the cabbage in this dish really hits the spot in the stomach after drinking too much. It's important to eat vegetables, or else things can get too heavy. The counter seating is definitely a highlight of this place.

I'm just saying this, but they really enjoy the food m(*_ _)m I always have to have the famous Pine Pie, Uni Spinach, and TTT, but this time it was the second place so I went with the special "Make something!!" request. I made a stir-fried spinach (´^ω^`) lol And I also had stir-fried wild boar and persimmon with Worcestershire sauce, cooked in salt. Their recommended dishes are always original and make me excited every time I go there. This was probably the third or fourth stop on the Namba food and drink crawl (I'm not much of a drinker, but I love to eat, haha). Sitting at the counter and watching the food being prepared right in front of you is always so fun, isn't it? It really gets you excited. We ordered dishes that are popular among those who enjoy alcohol, and they were all so delicious. The cheese dish was especially good. We were planning to go to one more place after this, so we only had a little bit to eat, but I really wanted to try some more sauce-based snacks. I can't wait for the next opportunity to try more dishes!

There wasn't much space available, so I was really happy that everyone remembered each other's faces and preferences (*^^*) I also achieved revenge on the venison loin! I got to experience the same excitement as last time with the raw lamb! I usually eat Pyrenees sea urchin spinach with mentaiko rolled ikura, but this time I went for a "make something for me!" kind of menu request (´▽`*)アハハ It seems the dishes we order change depending on who we go with! It's a restaurant serving delicious teppanyaki dishes with good value for money. The "Mentaiko dashi maki ikura kobore" for ¥1,200 was something I really wanted to try. It's a large rolled omelette with mentaiko inside and plenty of ikura on top. The ikura has a nice flavor that goes well with the egg. It's also great with drinks! The restaurant is located on the second floor of a building and has counter seating, tables, and private rooms. The atmosphere inside is cozy and the staff's service is friendly and good.

It was so delicious (,,•﹏•,,) I ate until I was full. You can request songs at this restaurant! I went there early when it was still empty, and had a fun time chatting with the staff. The specialty tonpei-yaki was so tender and tasty, almost like it was wrapped in braised pork. The ikura dashi tamago was also amazing, the cost performance is top-notch!

After a 3-year hiatus, I find myself irresistibly drawn back to exploring the hidden gourmet gems of Namba. The tried-and-true favorite, "Iron Plate Yarou," never disappoints! Their signature dish, "Paine," is a delightful combination of uni, spinach, mentaiko, and ikura. The "Tonten-yaki" with pork belly and the seared raw lamb are also must-tries. Every dish is simply delicious, leaving me at a loss for words other than "Yummy!" The staff members are friendly and love to chat. As I'm on a low-carb diet, I can always trust them to whip up something special for me. Just as I was about to leave, I glanced up and saw "Venison Loin" on the menu... Oh no! Next time, I'll definitely have to try that too! (laughs)

Welcome.---------- December 2021 ----------Located on the 1st floor near Kuromon Market in the Nihonbashi area, there is a standing sushi bar. The counter lined with iron plates and a long sofa behind it may seem small, but it was surprisingly bustling even on a Monday. The highlight is the iron plate performance from the counter. The must-try dish is the "Tonpei-yaki," with a visually appealing presentation. It consists of delicate egg wrapped around tender simmered pork. It's almost unfair how good it is. Another specialty is the "Paine," a creative dish with crispy pastry filled with gooey cheese and chunky potatoes. When it comes to iron plates, you can't go wrong with okonomiyaki. The "Butatama" is fluffy and soft, with a strong presence of meat. They also serve a steak for 500 yen, which is a steal considering the generous portion of thick meat. The "Ika-yaki" is cooked on the iron plate, resulting in a tender and chewy texture. Although not listed on the menu, they also offer "Eihire" and "Nishinari Hormone," a dish with a sweet and salty flavor using intestines. Overall, everything here is delicious, making it a must-visit spot.

Teppan Yarou! A cozy and welcoming izakaya tucked away in the back streets of Ura Namba, where even solo diners can have a great time at a reasonable price. Personally, I recommend trying the famous Onna Chichi (menu item) and finishing off with the yakisoba. Ordering the half-sized portions of Paella and Tonpei-yaki was perfect for me. The staff are lively and the atmosphere is great, making it a must-visit spot in Ura Namba. They also offer dinner sets for solo diners, so I'm looking forward to trying it out after work next time.

This is a past article m(*_ _)m When I was researching izakayas in Namba, I came across an article about "Paine" that caught my attention. When I went there... it was just shocking!!! I initially wanted to order Paine, but most of the items I ordered were included in the course, so I switched to the course menu!! The course filled with recommended dishes from Teppan Yarou was amazing♡

Actually, this shop is my second time here (o^^o). The signature dish, tonpei, is different from the usual tonpei as it uses thick slices of pork similar to braised pork, making it very juicy. The uni and spinach dish is also incredibly rich and delicious. The oyster butter is very creamy and milky. We also tried the vegetable stir-fry and sashimi, both of which were excellent. I visited without a reservation and luckily got a table. The menu was full of delicious options like pork belly yakiniku, paella, uni with spinach, shrimp bread, and oyster butter. The pork belly yakiniku was tasty with tender meat. The paella was like a potato salad and delicious. The uni and spinach combo was interesting. I loved the shrimp bread with a hint of mayo and ethnic flavor. And the oyster butter was amazing, with a large size and great taste. Overall, it was a wonderful meal.

Everyone's energy was so uplifting, that even though I was tired from work, my mood brightened up as I left the restaurant~(^o^)v The names of the dishes are funny, and the slightly rich flavors are perfect for drinking in Kansai style~ It seems to be popular, so making a reservation would be a good idea.
