When I entered the store, the pastry chef's wife was there, and she greeted me in a friendly manner like an Osaka woman. First, I had the chilled pumpkin potage. It was smooth and refreshing, with a nice pumpkin flavor. The homemade bread was crispy, chewy, and slightly sweet, very delicious. Barbary duck breast and foie gras with prosciutto around it. It seems they have been aged in the mold for two weeks, then vacuum-packed for two weeks.
