JR Abikocho Station is just a short walk away! I've actually been here a few times before! I always forget to take photos and post about it... (I forgot again this time, but haha) But this time, I want to make sure to post about it!! The restaurant always seems packed whenever I pass by! There are definitely a lot of regular customers! They have many bottle keeps as well! The manager is very friendly and always sees us off outside the restaurant no matter how busy they are! The menu is extensive! Lots of dishes to go with drinks ♡! We always order a variety of items, but the must-order for us is the Tetchan hot pot!! The manager always asks if we want kimchi in it, of course we do! We usually take care of the hot pot ourselves, but if you're a beginner or it's been a while, the manager and staff will come over to check on it, making sure it doesn't burn and adjusting the temperature! They also let us know when it's time to eat! They really take care of everything!! The flavor is just right, not too sweet or too spicy! It's made a bit stronger to go well with drinks, which is great! The vegetables soak up the broth, and we always end up ordering more, adding things like hormone until the very end ♡! This time, we're getting both noodles and rice!! We ordered extra hormone this time, and we went for the crispy one, which melted and combined with the rice, it was amazing!!! So, even though it was quite a lot, I recommend adding the crispy one and finishing with rice ♡ It was delicious! I'll definitely come back!! Thank you for the meal!!

On a cold night in January, I visited this restaurant for the first time. The location used to be a yakitori restaurant called Kushitaku in Higashi-Shinsaibashi, Chuo-ku, near Nagahoribashi Station until the summer of 2014. After Kushitaku moved, it was temporarily a fried chicken restaurant, but now it has become a chiritonabe restaurant. A very gentle man and woman welcomed me. When I looked at the "recommended dishes" menu, I saw various options such as sashimi and fried oysters, but I decided to go with the signature dish, chiritonabe. A square chiritonabe filled with vegetables was placed on a counter with a tabletop IH cooking heater. It looked like a lot of food, but it was actually just right. I decided not to order any other dishes, which turned out to be the right choice. It was my first time trying chiritonabe. It was a sweet and savory hot pot with beef hormone and vegetables. When I placed my order, I was asked if I wanted to add kimchi, and I said yes. It had just the right amount of spiciness, which went well with beer. I also had some shochu for the first time in a while. The vegetables and hormone felt very fresh. They can adjust the spiciness according to your preference. For the finishing touch, you can choose from udon, ramen, or zosui. I chose zosui. I had heard about this restaurant from the owner of Kushitaku, so I mentioned that I had wanted to come here.
