It's a hamburger cafe that opened in a zone that is not often visited because it's on the other side of the Itabitsugawa River, just a short distance from Totsuka. The menu includes hamburgers, tacos, and alcoholic drinks. I tried to visit in the evening once, but even though they are open until 7 pm, the last order for the cafe is at 5 pm, so I decided to try again during the day. Turn off at the FamilyMart in Showa-cho, enter the residential area, cross the river, and go straight up the steep hill that appears on the right. Tacos are my favorite, but this time I decided to go for a main dish-like hamburger, so I ordered a cheeseburger without tomatoes. Inside the premises, there are chickens, birds of prey, and mini pigs being raised, and there is also a greenhouse with succulent plants. Cheeseburger Set (1400 yen): Originally, it also includes tomatoes for a more colorful appearance. Nevertheless, it is a very thick burger with plenty of lettuce. The cheese is grilled and has a nice aroma. The hamburger patty is more on the meaty side rather than a beef patty, giving off a feeling of a solid meal. While the quality of the ingredients and the freshness are undeniable, it may be a bit too natural... Despite the hearty composition, the taste is rather bland. The sauce, which should be noticeable, doesn't stand out, and it feels like a wild extreme burger with just meat, cheese, and a little mayo to create an atmosphere of eating. Personally, I prefer the type of burger that uses various sauces and techniques to enhance the overall flavor, so it was not exactly to my liking. However, the atmosphere is irresistible. The variety of animals was not as many as I had imagined, but it was nice to relax while watching the fire in such a place. By the way, you can change the set's potato side to pig food. As someone who loves birds, especially birds of prey, I was so focused on watching the owls that I forgot about the pigs until I was reminded on my way out. I was asked, "You can change the set's potato side to pig food, but would you like to keep it as potatoes?" I thought I was going to be forced to eat like at a Jiro ramen shop. Not that I'm dissing Jiro, I've had Jiro-style (but without vegetables) before. I became interested in pig food because it was a hot topic on the internet, but as I wasn't particularly interested in the pigs, I decided to keep the potatoes as they were. The texture was good, but it was a bit peculiar. It wasn't too salty, but it felt like a potato that you couldn't eat a lot of. I want to go back to be healed again, but next time I'll try a different burger or taco.
