Grilled shellfish is delicious. Especially the North Yaki and scallops are excellent. The turban shell has a crunchy texture, and I wasn't sure how to eat it correctly. I realized that I had only eaten cooked ones before. The crushed sashimi and red sausages were also delicious. The shirako tempura tasted like fried chicken. It's not the right season, so it can't be helped, but the texture was disappointing, like it had been boiled before being fried. We enjoyed plenty of seafood. I think it's cheap to eat all this for less than 10,000 yen for two people. Thank you for the meal!

Long time no see, sorry for the late post! I had trouble logging into my account. I went to the restaurant because my friend wanted to go. It was my second time at Isomaru Suisan. We ordered the recommended "Kobore Sushi" which was delicious. Uni and ikura were really good. The fish wasn't exceptionally fresh, but it was a place where both young and old can enjoy. It's a casual izakaya.

The restaurant was bustling with work. There was a lively gathering of students. I had just come from a massage and was looking for a place where I could stop by casually, but I also wanted to avoid a smoky atmosphere like that of a yakitori place since I felt like just going to sleep. I thought a seafood place would be clean inside, but it turned out that every table had a portable stove! Even though we didn't order anything smoky, we were served some grilled items as a complimentary dish, so we ended up using the stove anyway. It would have been nice to take a shower afterwards. There were many kinds of alcohol I had never seen before, like a highball with ginger. There were a lot of groups of what seemed to be students, and I could overhear their modern-day love stories, which was quite interesting and educational.笑

Visited this place for a casual daytime drink in early April 2021. The restaurant seems to specialize in beach grilling, as each table has a beach grill stove. When I ordered a draft beer, the appetizers were fresh raw clams and sweet potato tempura. I grilled them on the stove as I enjoyed my drink. I also ordered edamame, scallops, and honbinosu as additional snacks. The scallops were delicious with butter on top when grilled. The honbinosu was a bit tough. The raw clams were small but tasty. I had another highball before paying the bill. The total came to 2280 yen.

This time, I had the seafood mix fry set meal. As you can see in the photo, it's a generous portion (lol). The fry seems to be cooked right after ordering, so it's piping hot. It was delicious. Eating this much definitely fills you up. The staff at the restaurant are attentive and considerate, so I plan to visit again! Thank you for the meal.

I visited the restaurant after a long time due to the temporary closure following the declaration of a state of emergency. I ordered the "Isomaru 4-color bowl (large rice portion)" (968 yen) from the all-day set meal menu. The tuna was delicious, so I want to come back next time to try the "tuna bowl." Thank you for the meal.

I used GotoEat to find a lunch at Isomaru Suisan, and I found out that they had moved. They offer a variety of options including donburi, set meals, and soba. I was drawn to the Maguro Yukke Don, which had a slightly spicy sauce since it's a Yukke Don. It seemed to have a Korean twist to it. It would be a good place to enjoy various seafood donburi. I'm curious about the other dishes as well. Some people were even drinking during lunch, as expected from a 24-hour izakaya. Thank you for the meal.

The staff's service was excellent. I arrived at Shinbashi earlier than planned, so I called to see if I could come in early, and they kindly accepted. The food was the same as other Isomaru Suisan locations, and it's great that you can have a meal even in the evening.

Isemaru Suisan, Shimbashi Ekimae Store I didn't plan on it, but ended up coming in seeking a quick lunch. There were so many menu options! There are about 20 different types of tuna alone. I chose the Negitoro Don (tuna red meat and fatty tuna). It was packed with tuna! The cost performance is good and it was just delicious. Thank you for the meal!

I visited Isomaru Suisan in front of Shinbashi Station after seeing news about their collaboration with Go Go Curry. They are offering a special menu item, the Teppan Mix Fry Curry, for a limited time until October 4th. I chose this dish as I love fried foods. The meal was served on a tray with various condiments. The curry had a unique aroma, different from regular Go Go Curry, possibly due to Isomaru Suisan's cooking method. The curry was rich and delicious, and the shrimp fry was exceptionally tasty. The meal was reasonably priced, under 1000 yen, making it a great value for the quality of food. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience.

On Sunday at 11:35, more than half of the tables were occupied at the restaurant in Shinbashi. Surprisingly, despite the chaos caused by the coronavirus in the world. The scallop grill was delicious, and when I asked the staff for grilling tips, the manager (or veteran staff?) came over and kindly showed me. The crab miso shell grill was different from the photo, but still tasty. The tuna tempura was also different from the photo, and the taste was not as expected. The sashimi was okay, but overall, Shinbashi is still the place for good seafood. It's great that you can drink in the morning and enjoy a lunchtime special offer.

Visited the familiar Isomaru Suisan on November 20, 2019. I usually go to the Uchimori location, but on my way back, I found this one and noticed that it was closer to the station, so I decided to try it next time. It's located on the left side along the railway tracks, just a 3-minute walk from JR Shinbashi Station West Exit. It's partially underground. When I visited around 1:30 PM, it wasn't too crowded. There is a kitchen and counter on the left side, with table seats on the right and in the front. I sat at the counter and ordered the "Shirahama" on the rocks, which is a reliable choice. I had four glasses of it. I also ordered the "Tuna with Green Onions" as a snack, but they forgot my order, so I ended up not getting to try it. Overall, the service was okay. After that, the Uchimori location closed due to building reconstruction, so I ended up going here multiple times. It was just average.

I went to Isomaru Suisan, which opened under the guard of Shinbashi and Uchisaiwaicho for lunch (11:00-17:00). The lunch menu has expanded with options like Uni Ikura Don and Udon sets, but my go-to is the Maguro Tsukedon for 638 yen including tax. I also ordered a Time Service draft beer for 303 yen and Kimchi for 108 yen. The beer arrived in 2 minutes, followed by the Kimchi and Tsukedon in 3 minutes. I enjoyed the Kimchi and beer before diving into the Tsukedon, which was delicious as expected. The vinegar rice was great and the wasabi had a nice kick. Even though my stay was only 12 minutes, I had a wonderful lunch for 1049 yen including the beer.

I haven't been recently, but the 24-hour Isomaru Suisan 2nd store in Shinbashi, which I used to visit often late at night or early in the morning, has opened under the guard. The store is divided into 1st and 2nd floors, and this time I was guided to the 2nd floor. First, I had a shochu highball for 399 yen. The appetizer is the usual style of grilling on a grill, with fish cakes and small fish. The dishes I had were: - Tsubugai sashimi for 599 yen - Grilled red shrimp skewers for 799 yen - Tempura of squid for 399 yen I didn't have high expectations for Isomaru's food, but I was quite satisfied this time, maybe because there were things I liked. Especially the squid tempura was cheap, had a good amount, and had a unique flavor of seaweed. The store was more spacious and had a cozy atmosphere compared to the Karasumori store.

On the weekend, even though it was a day off, I woke up early and found myself bored, so I decided to go out for a drink. Since it had rained the day before and I hadn't left the house at all, I couldn't resist the urge to drink outside. It was around 9 in the morning, but there were already several groups of customers chatting and drinking. I ordered a white hoppy set for 505 yen and a small dish for 329 yen. At Isomaru, I think they usually serve dishes like kamaboko and mezasushi for you to grill yourself on a tabletop grill, but I didn't receive any this time. Maybe they don't serve it when you're dining alone? I also ordered some sliced turban shell sashimi for 659 yen and fried blowfish for 879 yen. The portions were modest but just right for one person. It was a great place for a casual morning drink.

You can use the SFP shareholder benefit tickets, and they offer set meals at night for less than 1000 yen, so you can get full for a reasonable price. You can also order additional seafood or have a drink, making it convenient. The prices are similar to other seafood restaurants, and I think fewer people consider using it for dinner because it's seen more as an izakaya.

It was a lunch outing on a day off due to work commitments. After that, I went with my colleague to find a place for lunch drinks. They wanted to eat saury (laughs). We started with beer and had cheese ham cutlet, sweet shrimp sashimi, simmered mayo shrimp, grilled whole squid with avocado, salad with whitebait and green onions. Unfortunately, they didn't have saury on Sundays. We had about 10 beers each, totaling around 9000 yen. Was it worth it? The cost performance might be a bit questionable. Thank you for the meal. The rating is a bit tough since there was no saury (laughs).
