The steak lunch was delicious! It started with soup, followed by a plate full of salad with steak, sauce, French fries, and olive salad on top. You can have unlimited bread, which is freshly baked. The steak had a rich flavor, perfect for those who like bold tastes. For dessert, there was pistachio ice cream and a rich cheesecake with chocolate tart crust. It also came with coffee, all for 2,250 yen, which is a great deal. I also want to try the pasta lunch and paella next time. The owner seems busy, with a branch in Honmachi as well. The lunch at the Minoh branch is available on weekends and holidays. For more details, check their Instagram. It's a 5-minute walk from Minoh Station with free parking for 3 cars. The restaurant is on the first floor of an apartment building, next to a flat parking lot. I didn't know about the free parking and ended up parking at a public lot. I'll try the paella next time for sure. Oh, and the pasta looks tempting too.

The assorted appetizer plate for 2,500 yen is very satisfying! This plate alone is enough for two people to enjoy with a bottle of wine. If you enjoy drinking, this appetizer plate is a must-try as each item goes well with alcohol. We also had two main dishes: Aqua Pazza with white fish and pork shoulder loin. The Aqua Pazza with large clams was amazing! The fish dish varies daily, so it's best to ask the chef for recommendations. We also tried the Polonaise pasta, which was delicious with plenty of meat cooked in. The chef is very kind and the atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and welcoming.

Location is Minoh. A classy town. In such a town, there are stylish shops! First, search for new stores. A relatively new store is "PORTICO". It is located in the former Mexican restaurant's spot. The owner seems to know the previous owner. Let's start with the appetizer platter for 1500 yen. I'll try today's recommended pasta. The pasta seems to be Bolognese. The appetizers include cod, olives, ham, salami, marinated octopus, mackerel, potato salad. Well, all of them are tasty and there are no disappointments. There is no particular standout recommendation. The Bolognese pasta is also delicious. It has plenty of minced meat and you can taste the meat flavor well. It seems to go well with wine. Well, up to this point, it's just an ordinary restaurant. When another person orders ham, a big piece is cut out. Huh? Is this ham? lol It looks delicious and seems to go well with wine, so I ordered a half portion. It matches well with oil and is delicious ^_^ It's nice to see it being cut in front of you!! It seems that it usually disappears in about a month. When I visited, it was just the second day, so it was almost in one piece. Two glasses of wine, one beer, and 5380 yen. Honestly, I thought it would be a little more expensive, but it ended up being around 5000 yen. Considering that I enjoyed the ham and wine, it's not that expensive, right? It seems better to focus more on meat dishes rather than appetizers! The owner is cheerful and seems like a good person, so the atmosphere of the restaurant is nice. If you go with a few people, you can share the main dishes and pasta, making it a nice experience! Or the course menu seems like a good deal. Lunch is relatively reasonable, so it might be worth trying it once for lunch. I recommend the ham and wine. Please give it a try ^_^

It's not usually on the menu, but my friend made a reservation for a Mediterranean lunch course for us. We each ordered a drink and made a toast! I can't drink, so I had a blood orange juice haha. The appetizers got me excited - there were so many of them! The main dishes took quite a while to come out, but we had plenty of time and couldn't stop chatting since it was a long-awaited reunion. The dish was like a Cioppino (I think), and the paella was delicious. It was a girls' day out, so we chatted so much that I didn't take any notes on the menu, and since it was a special reservation, I didn't even know the names of the dishes for this review.
