I felt like having okonomiyaki after a long time, so I went to Fuzuki. I ordered the usual Butatama Modern with extra mayonnaise, a lot of green seaweed, and sprinkled with shichimi pepper. It's crowded with customers here. Many people are dining alone and enjoying their okonomiyaki. It's a unique Kansai experience.

It was great to have it grilled right in front of us. When you come to Osaka, you must try it! It is located on the premises of Bb Minoh Funabashi store. I recommend taking a break here and eating after playing. We ordered yakisoba and okonomiyaki, and the service was speedy from ordering to serving.

I visited the restaurant in the early afternoon, ordered as usual, and ate, but the taste was completely different from other stores. The staff were mostly elderly and polite, but the taste seemed to be somewhat lacking compared to the popular restaurant in the city. The amount of okonomiyaki and yakisoba also seemed slightly less. I used to love the okonomiyaki at Fuzuki, but after this experience, I don't want to come back to this restaurant.

On a sunny Sunday during the rainy season, I went out with my daughter's family. We went to a convenient facility nearby, about a 10-minute drive away. First, we spent some time playing in the toddler corner on the first floor. I stayed behind to watch our belongings while my daughter watched over the grandchildren. We prepared for the second half of the day with a mobile zoo visit and a hot spring. We debated going to the ramen shop next door, but ended up choosing Kazuki. However, we had homemade okonomiyaki for dinner last night. It turned out to be a consecutive okonomiyaki meal for me (*⁰▿⁰*). The grandchildren had yakisoba for 900 yen and sausages (3 pieces) for 420 yen. My daughter had the Kazuki-yaki Modern for 1,710 yen, and I had the pork kimchi tamago for 1,200 yen. Since I was the driver that day, I had to skip the beer. Well, that's just how it is. The staff member working there did a fantastic job with great skill. Every time I come to Kazuki, I am impressed by this. I once asked a staff member at the Umeda store a long time ago. It takes a considerable amount of time to be entrusted to cook in front of customers. It must be due to ability, effort, competition, and practice. All the staff members at Kazuki, both men and women, are masters in their craft. The 5-year-old was fascinated by the process of making the okonomiyaki. "Don't get too close to the hot plate!" "You might get burned," there is a process to follow, and then it's completed and time to eat. The professional taste after a long time was delicious. The night before, we had a homemade modern-yaki for dinner at our house. There is no need to compare, but this one was the clear winner. Each home has its own charm. Eating out has its own expectations and results. That's how it goes. Now, let's go interact with the animals. Thank you for the meal.

After a long time, my family gathered and we went out for lunch to a nearby restaurant called Fugetsu. We ordered yakisoba with two types of sauce: sauce and salt, and pork okonomiyaki. The staff cooked the okonomiyaki for us while we caught up on each other's lives. When the yakisoba arrived, we found that the noodles were thick and the salt yakisoba had a strong sauce flavor, which was a bit disappointing. The okonomiyaki was delicious and we enjoyed our rare family get-together.

On the first floor of Beaver World, there is a restaurant. During spring break, summer vacation, and winter vacation, my nephew and niece came to stay and their main goal was to visit the amusement facility called Bii Bii inside Beaver World. They can enjoy various games like Mario Kart, karaoke, billiards, bowling, table tennis, rock climbing, futsal, 3-on-3, darts, and simulation golf for free within a certain time frame. Bowling shoes and other items are available for an additional fee. The 3-hour pack costs 1134 yen, and the 5-hour pack costs 1750 yen. It's a great place to have fun indoors and outdoors. As the uncle and aunt, we feel exhausted after playing. So, we always have a meal at Kazuki before coming here. On this day, we snacked at Expo City, so we had a light dinner. Kazuki-yaki costs 1350 yen and includes pork, squid, shrimp, and beef! The staff grills it for you, so just wait without touching it! That's the golden rule. Chanpon soba costs 1166 yen separately. It's a noodle dish with squid, shrimp, pork, and beef cooked in a pot with egg. They boil it first and then grill it! This is my favorite dish! The thick noodles are chewy! Both the sauce and salt dressing are delicious, but when I'm really hungry, I order about 3 servings of soba. Even though they say they don't want much, my nephew and niece eat it all up. After Kazuki, Bii Bii, and then a bath, it's a perfect staycation plan. Maybe next time during winter vacation.

I went to Beaver World Minoh Senba in Minoh and had lunch at Tsuruhashi Fugetsu. Among okonomiyaki chain restaurants, this is my personal favorite. The taste is consistently good. The thick noodle yakisoba is delicious.

I ordered Okonomiyaki (Japanese savory pancake) and Yakisoba with pork and egg on top, which were cooked right in front of me. It took about 20 minutes for the delicious Okonomiyaki to be ready. The Yakisoba had chewy egg noodles and was very tasty. I enjoyed it with a glass of draft beer. It was a delicious lunch experience!

In the northern part of the city, there are only a few okonomiyaki restaurants, but this one is a reliable choice. "Buta-tama" is their signature dish, featuring thick batter topped with diced pork belly. The traditional Osaka-style okonomiyaki is prepared with diced pork instead of thinly sliced, and the bonito flakes are sprinkled before the sauce is added, giving it a unique touch. The dish is cooked perfectly with a crispy exterior and fluffy interior. The sauce has a slightly strong taste of mayo, but the overall eating experience is fantastic. Another recommended dish is the "Omusoba," which is like fried noodles wrapped in a fluffy omelette. Unlike typical fried noodles, they use whole noodles cooked in a soft sauce, with added pork and squid for a nice texture contrast.

I came to Minoh for the first time in a while with my junior colleague driving me here. We were looking for a place to have a late lunch and decided to try some okonomiyaki at this restaurant. Since it was past lunchtime, there weren't many customers inside, so we were able to get a table easily. I ordered the Champon soba for 1,242 yen, while my junior colleague got the okonomiyaki. The staff cooked the okonomiyaki right in front of us on the hot plate, and my Champon soba was brought to the table. It was filled with lots of ingredients and the noodles were chewy and delicious. While we were waiting for the food to cook, my junior colleague participated in a fair and won some okonomiyaki sauce as a prize. It was my first time visiting Fuzuki in a while, and I really enjoyed the tasty food. Thank you for the meal!

Around noon, when I passed by this area, I suddenly felt like eating okonomiyaki (laugh). So, I searched for a place with parking where I could easily have an okonomiyaki set meal. I entered the restaurant, sat down, and looked at the menu. Of course, I decided on the pork modanyaki since I'm also a man from Osaka and I like modan (laugh). The okonomiyaki was cooked and placed on the hot plate, topped with sauce, mayonnaise, bonito flakes, and seaweed. It had a classic feel to it. Rice and okonomiyaki are a unique combination in Kansai, right? By the way, they always advertise it when I go to the movies (laugh). The taste was just as expected.

I usually eat yakisoba, but this time I tried the lunch okonomiyaki set for the first time. When the dish arrived, I was surprised by the huge portion. The staff mentioned, "You can have rice refills," and proceeded to skillfully cook the okonomiyaki right in front of me. This restaurant is perfect for those with a hearty appetite, especially young people. I ended up having dinner quite late in the evening.

When I visited Osaka with my friend, we stopped by this restaurant. We thought we had to cook the food ourselves at this kind of place, but the staff actually cooked everything for us. It was very Osaka-like. The taste was really good. The prices were okay. I only went there once so I'm not sure about the other menu items. Also, this restaurant is located inside an entertainment facility called Bb, so it's great to enjoy okonomiyaki after some light exercise in the facility.

Good evening, this is number one. Today, I visited Kazuki Beaver World Minoh Funaba Store located on the first floor of Beaver World. I was looking for a light snack before taking a bath, so I was debating what to order. Eventually, I decided on ordering "Geso Salt Yaki" and a beer. The aroma of the okonomiyaki was enticing as soon as I entered the restaurant. While the geso was being grilled, I noticed something interesting on the menu - Ika Ten Buta Modern! It was a dish with buta modern topped with dagashi ika ten (squid tempura). I immediately ordered it along with other dishes. One of the new dishes I tried was the garlic butter-flavored moyashi roll, which was incredibly delicious. However, I felt that something was different today at Kazuki Minoh Beaver World Store. It turned out that the usual friendly older lady who worked there was absent. She was like the mascot of the place, always cheerful and popular among customers. Her absence affected the atmosphere of the restaurant. Despite this, I enjoyed my meal, especially the Ika Ten Buta Modern dish. The squid tempura added a nice texture to the okonomiyaki. It was surprisingly delicious. If you're interested, I recommend trying it soon as it's a limited-time offer. I hope the next time I visit, the friendly older lady will be back. In the Beaver World store, surprisingly, there is a restaurant called Kazuki in Kansai. I was getting hungry after lunch. I ordered the basic Butatama Modern. It's strange that they only have small and large sizes. But since the Modern has a lot of noodles, I opted for the large size. They use ground pork in the Butatama. The staff mixes it in the cup for you. The cook, a lively mom, skillfully flips the large Modern with ease. She adds plenty of mayonnaise and sauce to finish it off. It was delicious. When it comes to Tsurubashi Fuzuki, it is a popular restaurant in Osaka, but I haven't been there much since it started expanding as a chain. However, there is a Tsurubashi branch in a nearby super sento, where I felt like eating yakisoba, so I went there. The noodles are thick as usual. This time, I had them add potatoes and put a fried egg on top. It looks delicious! The defining feature of Tsurubashi's yakisoba is the thickness of the noodles and the chewiness. Today, the texture is great, but unfortunately, the sauce flavor is weak. The sauce didn't have much flavor overall, so it tasted a bit bland. I prefer a strong sauce flavor in yakisoba. The potatoes were a nice addition, and they were delicious! Breaking the egg yolk and mixing it with the noodles made it even tastier! I might make this potato yakisoba my go-to choice.
