In the midst of the intense heat, I was passing by and decided to enter without hesitation. It was just opened on August 4th. I enjoyed a bottle of beer along with individual items: ① large shrimp tempura ② chicken tempura ③ squid tempura ④ broccoli tempura. The freshly fried tempura was indeed excellent. Among them, the large shrimp tempura was a hit for me! The frying technique must be exquisite. The three types of salt also paired very well. Thank you for the meal.

Noodle shop Yama-chan's son opened his own shop near his parent's shop. He is currently facing some confusion due to machine troubles, so the shop is only offering takeout for now. It is recommended to check their social media for updates. I made a reservation over the phone to avoid waiting outside in the heat. I parked at a nearby coin parking lot and brought a bottle of tea with me. I ordered the "Floral Tempura Bowl" for 1200 yen (excluding tax) and enjoyed it in the air-conditioned garage. The tempura was still hot and crispy, with large shrimp, egg, eggplant, onion, Oyama chicken, and squid. The rice is the same high-quality rice from Kagawa as the main shop. The tempura was delicious, with a nice crunch and no greasiness. Despite the filling meal, I felt light and satisfied afterwards. I look forward to dining inside the shop next time. Thank you for the meal!

The other day's lunch was at a tempura restaurant newly opened by Yamachan, known for his love of noodles. The place opened on August 4th, but for now, they only offer takeout. Yamachan's tempura bowl costs 972 yen and comes with shrimp, half-boiled egg, eggplant, pumpkin, and onion tempura. There are only 5 types of tempura, which seems a bit lacking. The tempura was a bit soggy as it had sauce poured over it for takeout. Hopefully, the quality will improve once they start offering dine-in options. Overall, it was a bit disappointing. The tempura restaurant Yamachan can be reached at 070-9160-3229 and is located at 15-26 Ichijo-dori, Sakai-ku, Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture. (Link: https://tabelog.com/osaka/A2705/A270501/27137626/)

Tempura Yamachan・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・A popular udon restaurant in Sakai Higashi, Meen Kui Yamachan, opened a new store called Tempura Yamachan♪♪♪♪ On this day, the restaurant was not open for dine-in, but I got the Yamachan Tendon for 960 yen♪♪ Surprisingly, it had a lot of vegetables inside - big shrimp tempura, egg tempura, eggplant, yam, okra, and taro. It was so delicious that even though I usually don't like getting tempura to go, I couldn't resist and ended up eating it in the car (^^)/ The eggplant was still crispy even after being in the car for 5 minutes! I finished it in about 5-6 minutes (laughs)・・・・ I definitely have to eat at the restaurant next time! The staff was friendly and energetic, so I'll probably try adding toppings like Ooyama chicken tempura next time. Thank you for the meal\(^o^) ===========
