Once you come to Juso, you must try the ramen that has undergone three relocations and reopened with a renewal! "The old man's best swing" - the name of the restaurant remains the same as always (/ω\*) Isn't it becoming more common these days? But, "unchi Corporation" is seriously running a ramen restaurant in Osaka, not joking. The president must be a young boy in elementary school, right? \(//∇//)\ Now, this ramen group in Osaka that cannot be missed when talking about ramen. The names of their other ramen shops are also interesting₍₍ ( ๑॔˃ ◡ ˂ ๑॓)◞ And not just interesting, but the taste is incredibly delicious! Let's forget about the name for now. A soy sauce ramen restaurant specializing in clam broth with the subtitle "The old man's best swing". There is no lack of elegance or the image of a tasteless old man. The restaurant has a clean and stylish atmosphere. The service and attention are extremely kind and polite! The menu is divided by different types of clams ♡ ⚫︎ Asari Ramen 968 yen ◉ Shijimi Ramen 858 yen ⚫︎ Hamaguri Ramen 1078 yen ◉ Boiled egg 72 yen As a clam lover, and slightly drunk, I chose the "Shijimi Ramen" ♡ Shijimi clams have an ornithine effect that is said to prevent hangovers, making it perfect for a drink to end the night. The blend of dark and light soy sauce creates a strong soy sauce flavor! The homemade chewy noodles in a soup with a hint of sweetness. The whole wheat noodles are chewy and delicious~ (º﹃º`) The smooth and slippery texture of the noodles makes them easy to eat. Large bamboo shoots, white leeks! The slightly difficult-to-eat raw clams are perfectly submerged!!!!!! There are plenty of shijimi clams in it as well. But, the clams that are a bit too small are a bit hard to eat. I might prefer the "Asari Ramen" I had before the relocation. Next time, I'll try the "Hamaguri Ramen" ♡ It was a famous restaurant in Juso that clam lovers will adore. But, I wonder why they relocated three times. It's nice that they are getting closer and closer to the station though. Thank you for the meal (*´▽`人) ===========

While on the way to Koshien Stadium, I got off at Juso and searched for a shop, and found a ramen shop called "Kuso Oyaji Saigo no Hitofuri" which I didn't know what kind of shop it was. I decided to visit.
- Asari Ramen: A Chinese-style ramen with a perfect blend of rich and light soy sauce, with a strong flavor of clams. The chewy noodles blend well with the soup, providing a satisfying experience.
- Kuso Oyaji's Staff Meal Bowl (500 yen): I underestimated it. I imagined a small tuna bowl, but it turned out to be a huge portion (sweat). Those who came later wisely added clam dumplings as a side dish to the staff meal bowl! Smart choice! It's definitely not a portion to eat with ramen, so the staff should have informed us beforehand.
- Hoegaarden White (draft): A creamy and fragrant Belgian beer! It's delicious. The stylish interior of the restaurant contrasts with the name, offering delicious clam broth ramen. It was quite an interesting restaurant. Be careful with the staff meal bowl at Kuso Oyaji's restaurant.

My favorite ramen place without a doubt. I haven't been able to come here for a while since having a child and moving houses, but I really wanted to eat this ramen so I came to Juso after 3 years. Around 12:30, there were 3 groups waiting, so we got in sooner than expected. I ordered the clam ramen with a seasoned egg on top and my husband ordered the clam ramen with a seasoned egg on top and a clam dumpling set. Ever since trying the ramen here and being awakened to the deliciousness of clam broth, I've been seeking out ramen that makes me want to drink up every last drop of soup (lol). The soup here is truly delicious down to the last drop. I love the chewy noodles. And I like the chashu here, too. I'm not a fan of fatty, meaty chashu, but the ones here are more like ham and go down easily. All the ramen here is delicious, but I'm definitely a fan of the clam one. I thought they only had counter seats, so I asked the staff if it would be difficult to bring a child, and they said, "There are table seats on the 2nd floor, so it's okay! We look forward to your next visit!" I was happy to hear that! I'll definitely come back!

I have visited this shop many times. The taste is consistently good. However, I no longer feel the same excitement as I did in the beginning. Perhaps it's because similar types of shops have increased. It has become a place where I would like to go in if it's open when passing by. Of course, the ramen is delicious. I recommend it to first-time visitors.

This was my first visit after the relocation. I was lucky to arrive after 11:30 when there was no line. A cute staff member led me to the counter. Looking at the menu, I didn't recognize any of the items. The core menu consisted of the following: - Asari tsukemen: 880 yen - Scallop tsukemen: 1,080 yen - Oyster tsukemen: 980 yen These three options had variations in noodle volume and toppings. The back of the menu had side dishes. I decided to order the following: Scallop tsukemen & clam rice (200 yen). When the food arrived, I noticed a small dish of condiments. The staff explained that there were recommended ways to eat the dish on the menu. I followed their advice. First, I tried a few noodles on their own. They had a chewy texture and a sweet wheat flour aroma. Then I dipped a few noodles in the salt on the condiment dish. The sweetness became more pronounced. The noodles were thin but packed with flavor and had a firm texture. Finally, I dipped the noodles in the broth. The rich flavor of the clams surprised my taste buds. Adding ginger and shiso to the broth enhanced the dish. I left the clam rice aside and focused on finishing the tsukemen. The thinly sliced rare chashu had a rich and high-quality flavor. I enjoyed it with the noodles and broth. The clam rice, cooked to perfection, had a fantastic aroma. It was a bit expensive for lunch at 1,323 yen, but it was worth it. Thank you for the meal.

The "Jinrui" series is known for its sweet soy sauce, and this time I tried the clam ramen. The combination of the deep flavor of the clams and the sweetness of the soy sauce and broth is excellent. The seasoned chashu and the texture of the noodles are also great. The ajitama (flavored egg) doesn't come as a default topping, so make sure to add it. The clam rice was also delicious.

I finally got to visit a ramen shop that I've wanted to go to for years. The shop is located near Juso Station. I visited during lunchtime on a weekday, and surprisingly, I was able to enter the shop quite quickly with only a short wait of about 3 customers ahead of me. They offer clam-based ramen with shijimi, asari, or hamaguri, with the price increasing as the size of the clam gets bigger. I was torn between choices but ended up ordering the "asari ramen" for 870 yen, with an additional flavored egg. It was the perfect choice! The flavor of the clams was rich, and as I ate, more clams kept coming up from the bottom. You can enjoy plenty of clams without needing extra. The soup was delicious, the rare chashu was tasty, and the noodles had a nice texture. I wish I had come here sooner. This was the best ramen I've ever had. I will definitely come back again! I highly recommend this ramen to everyone.

I was looking for a place to eat before going to an event at thirteen, and I came across a line right in front of the ticket gate that caught my attention. After researching, I found out it was a famous ramen shop, so I joined the line that stretched across the street. After waiting for about 20 minutes with 5 groups ahead of me, I was able to be seated. Despite standing in the scorching sun, they had provided parasols for us, showing their consideration. It was worth the wait, as the clam ramen had well-sanded clams and low-temperature cooked chashu that were well-balanced, and the noodles that soaked up the soup were also very delicious. Even in the heat, it was a ramen worth lining up for. Thank you for the meal.

Stayed overnight in Juso and got pretty drunk, craving for ramen! Wandered around the town and stumbled upon a ramen shop right by Juso Station. It had a stylish, somewhat trendy vibe with glass walls. Cool! Sat at the waiting area and was handed the menu to place my order. This time, I went for the Hamaguri Ramen - a dish that reflects Osaka's dashi culture. They actually cook the clams in a pot right in front of you to make the soup. Took a sip of the soup. It had a distinct amber acidity from the clams! A dream for clam lovers. The rare chashu was delicious. The noodles were smooth and medium-thin. There were a total of 7 clams. Indulged in this luxurious ramen and then disappeared into the inn.

I was debating between getting 1 serving of scallop tsukemen or 1.5 servings, but I went with 1.5 servings. It was so delicious that I finished it all in no time. The restaurant is located right by Juso Station, so it was easy to find. When I arrived at 7:30 PM, there were about 3 groups waiting in line, but I only had to wait for about 20 minutes before getting seated right away! It seems like it takes a bit of time after ordering the tsukemen, so I recommend ordering some gyoza or other appetizers if you're hungry. The scallop broth was rich and incredibly tasty! Eating the noodles with just the salt flavor was refreshing and delicious, I could have eaten it all just like that. The condiments added a nice touch to change up the flavors, and I was able to enjoy it until the last bite. The chashu was so tender and delicious that I wanted to order more! I'm a woman, but I think I could handle 2 servings next time.

As expected from a chain restaurant, the soup, noodles, and toppings are all delicious. The flavor of the clam broth is deep and rich. Although the chain restaurants have different names, they all have a similar taste. However, there are no disappointments, and you can just go to a nearby chain restaurant.

The noodles are incredibly delicious when eaten with salt. You should definitely go eat noodles with salt. Noodles are delicious! I had clam rice before, but it was a bit lacking in moisture, so I wasn't satisfied, even though the taste was good. Personally, I can't drink soup that is too salty. Mixing noodles with salt, green onions, and shiso (served on a small plate) for seasoning, I think it's the best noodles. You can enjoy the taste of wheat in this excellent dish. Definitely try it out!

Around 11:30, I arrived at the restaurant and there were 2 groups ahead of me. I waited for about 5 minutes before being seated. I ordered the clam tsukemen. The clear soup paired perfectly with the smooth noodles. Despite the smooth texture of the noodles, they still managed to hold onto the soup well. It was truly delicious! Adding the toppings of shiso and ginger made it even more refreshing to eat.

This time, I tried the clam and limited quantity clam rice bowl! The soy sauce flavor was strong, and personally I prefer clam over clam. I wonder if it varies depending on the season... The clam rice bowl was delicious with the accent of large perilla leaves! I will definitely eat this if it's available! After eating, there was a long line in front of the store... I was lucky to be able to enter at the right timing again. I will go back to try the shijimi clams too!

Order ▷ Asari Ramen 979 yen ▷ Arrived at the restaurant around 12:30 pm ▷ Wait time about 5 minutes ▷ Visited on a weekday. Here is a slightly old photo, but I went to "Kuso Oyaji Saigo no Hitofuri" in Juso for the first time in about 5 years! It has been renovated, giving a fresh feeling. The first floor has only a counter, but the second floor also has table seats, making it easy to visit with 3-4 people. Since it's right outside Juso station, even on rainy days, you won't get too wet if there's no line. The ramen is a light soy sauce ramen with the umami of clams. There were quite a few clams, and long menma was included, making the toppings very satisfying and delicious!

The line wasn't as long as usual, so I decided to wait in line before the restaurant opened. I thought clam soup might be good for recovering from fatigue... This time, I had clam soup with boiled eggs. It was light yet flavorful with a rich broth, so delicious! I heard someone next to me ordering an extra serving of noodles... It takes about 3 minutes for them to cook. When you come hungry, definitely order an extra serving. I want to try the clams and the hard clams next time! They must be delicious! I've heard clams are good for the liver and hard clams are good for beauty! I don't know for sure! When I walked out, there was a line forming! Ah, it was so delicious!

After the live show, I stopped by a shop that caught my eye before getting on the train. I waited for about 10 minutes before entering. When I asked for recommendations, they suggested the "asari clam ramen," so I decided to try it. It was indeed very delicious, with about 10 clams in it. They also brought me some clam soup on the side. My partner ordered clam rice and finished it all. Clam broth is really tasty!

The clam ramen was delicious, with flavorful soup, tasty chashu, and yummy noodles. The clam dumplings in the lunch set were also good. The soup had a nice clam flavor and the dumplings were already seasoned perfectly. Overall, it's a high-quality ramen that I highly recommend, especially for those who like light flavors. Be prepared to wait in line, but it's worth it!

Located a 1-minute walk from Hankyu Juusangi Station. It seems that clam broth is the main feature, with the option of choosing between clam and clam varieties, I chose clam. The flavor is quite strong and salty, so it blends well with the noodles. The noodles are medium-thick whole wheat curly noodles. It was delicious, but it left a good impression as a satisfying final meal.

It's been a while since my last visit to Mr. Kuso Oyaji Saigo no Hitofuri. On Sunday, April 2, 2023, the Hankyu Takarazuka Line was not running, so I had to take the Kobe Line to get to Juso, where the restaurant is located near the exit of the ticket gate. I arrived at 21:33 and was 7th in line outside. I placed my order on the way. I entered the restaurant at 21:49 and was seated. The clam ramen arrived at 22:02. I ordered the clam ramen for 979 yen and a seasoned boiled egg for 72 yen, totaling 1051 yen. The clam broth ramen is gentle on the body after drinking too much. The blend of dark and light soy sauce brings out the umami of the clams, making it a very delicious ramen. The whole wheat medium noodles are chewy and also delicious. I have had this ramen many times and it remains one of my favorites. Thank you for the meal. #KusoOyajiSaigonoHitofuri #Juso
