I heard that a small but stylish bakery opened in a quiet residential area just a 5-minute drive from Tomono Interchange in Kitakyushu City, Kokurakita Ward, and I visited it right away. The sales style is similar to a cake shop, where you tell the staff which bread you want from the display case and they get it for you. On this day, I purchased a cheese bread, mini wiener roll, anpan, melon bread, cream bread, and adult chocolate coronet. All of them have a firm texture and spread a wonderful bread aroma in your mouth, making them perfect to pair with wine!
