In the midst of many cafes, there is a cafe that stands quietly along a main street, a short walk from the station. The interior is simple and stylish. Although there are many young people, the atmosphere is quiet. Cold brew coffee ¥550, Pudding ¥500, Ice cream on top of pudding +¥100. The vanilla ice cream with caramel sauce on top of the baked pudding was a perfect harmony as the ice cream melted and mixed with the caramel sauce. The refreshing cold brew coffee complemented the rich ice cream well. The cafe has a small number of seats, so you can't relax too much, but it was a cozy place to be.

The cheesecake cream was rich and not too sweet, with a nice cheesy flavor. The addition of blueberries added a slight tartness that complemented the richness of the cheesecake. I also tried the Peach Tea Shake for 650 yen, a refreshing drink with peach and tea flavors that ended with a clean finish. Topped with whipped cream, it was sweet at first but as you drink, you get to enjoy the peach and tea flavors mixed with the crushed ice. It's a perfect drink for the hot season.

FUK COFFEE Fukuoka stay, day 2. I planned to have breakfast at a cafe instead of at the hotel. However, the cafe I aimed for was full. And most of the customers were foreigners from various countries. I wonder why? Maybe it's listed on TripAdvisor. I had no choice but to walk to another cafe along Hakata Ekimae Street. It was a cafe I had checked out in advance, so I found it easily without getting lost. Inside, there was only one group of customers, but the seating was limited. They didn't have a menu for bread, only drinks or sweets. I noticed a large pudding. And you could even add ice cream on top. DRIP COFFEE HOT pudding with ice cream on top in a large spherical shape. I wondered how to eat it. If I put a spoon in carelessly, the ice cream might roll off. The pudding had a caramel flavor with a hint of bitterness, and the texture was just right and delicious. I ate it carefully and finished it. After I entered, one foreign tourist after another visited the cafe. Maybe they came because the other cafe was crowded. I have a reservation for "mizutaki" for lunch, so I think having just pudding for breakfast is fine.

This is the Fukuoka version of OSA, a cafe from the same chain. It's not just stylish, but the cafe latte is incredibly delicious. They also have branches in Nagasaki and Hiroshima. It was an interior and menu like a trendy Korean cafe. From left to right, there is lemonade soda, hojicha latte, and matcha latte. All the drinks were delicious, but maybe because I was thirsty, the lemonade tasted particularly good. The drink, White Chocolate, was delicious with the sweetness of white chocolate and the tartness of strawberries. I found that it was best to mix it while drinking, as towards the end, the taste of milk became stronger if not mixed. The window seat is a bit difficult for petite people to sit comfortably, as their feet may not reach the ground well. Even though there were many customers, the two staff members were efficient and the service was good.

I happened to pass by and decided to stop by to kill some time. I visited around 9:30 on a holiday. By 10 o'clock, the place was suddenly packed with customers, and there was even a line forming. Some people gave up and left the shop. It took over 5 minutes for my order to arrive. The staff seemed really busy. The coffee was very easy to drink and had a flavor I liked. It was nice that they gave me a lid when I left the shop. The seating area was simple (there were standing seats too), so it's not really a place for lingering. My butt started to hurt from sitting, haha. Overall, it's a cozy spot for solo customers.

Opened in April 2022, this new cafe in Canal City Hakata exudes a Korean vibe. Located across the street, the cafe seemed quite lively. The staff were dressed in matching top and bottom sweat outfits, a style I hadn't seen before. I ordered an iced Americano, and when it arrived, the design of the glass gave off a Korean feel with its can-like design. The door was left open the entire time, making it a bit chilly inside. Even in the middle of December, I was surprised that they kept the door open like that. It was a bit uncomfortable not being able to take off my coat during coffee time. Despite being a relatively new establishment, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls and chairs, giving a sense of neglect that had been lingering for days. While the attempt to create a stylish Korean atmosphere is commendable, they should pay more attention to these details. The cafe accepts PayPay as a payment method.

The café has a concrete-like interior, but it doesn't feel cold and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were efficient yet polite, making it a cozy café. After a while, both the café latte and pudding arrived at the same time. The café latte was a typical one with a cute chocolate powder latte art that made me excited! I almost didn't want to drink it because it looked so nice. On the other hand, the pudding was firm and very rich. Just eating that made me quite full... I debated whether to add vanilla ice cream on top for Instagrammable purposes, but I'm glad I didn't. I heard there is a sister café called OSA COFFEE in Osaka, so I would like to visit there too. I happened to pass by and sought refuge from the hot weather outside. Since it was before lunchtime, I wanted something cold and refreshing, so I ordered a Cold Americano for 450 yen. I was also tempted by the lineup of puddings on the shelf, but I resisted. The interior of the store had a slightly different layout, with seats lined up in rows along the counter and the wall. The seats were raised a bit, making it feel like a theater surrounding the counter. The coffee was refreshing and slightly acidic. By the time I finished my drink, all the sweat had disappeared.
