The showcase is filled with cakes, macarons, and plenty of baked goods. This patisserie used to hold a buffet with 3 cakes and all-you-can-eat macarons (ended in 2019), and it was one of the places I wanted to visit. This time, I found out about the return of the macaron all-you-can-eat through a post from a follower and decided to visit (the timing of the post was really perfect, thank you so much for the helpful post ✨). Currently, it is not a buffet with cakes, but you can enjoy all-you-can-eat authentic macarons, and you also get one soft serve ice cream with it. You must have at least one soft serve ice cream in Hokkaido! The macaron flavors were Coco Mango and Pesche Blanc, limited to the season. In addition, there are a total of 20 standard flavors ✨ The macarons are slightly larger than those of Dalloyau, with a glossy and beautiful appearance, a smooth texture, and a perfect amount of pied. At first, I thought, "Oh, why not start the timer after the macarons arrive?" But since there is no limit on the quantity per order, I didn't feel like I needed more (it was just right for me). The macarons included matcha with yuzu confit, Sebon with raspberry jelly, Ganache with a crispy chocolate flavor enhanced with salt, and Orangette with black pepper-infused orange, among others. The MVP was "Le Diamant," a macaron with apricot jelly inside almond milk. Were macarons always this delicious?! Each one had a distinct personality, and even when blindfolded, you could tell the flavors. The soft serve ice cream, which you can order once with a voucher, was served generously in a cup. I chose coffee (cafe) ☕️ with chocolate dough at the bottom, making it resemble a parfait. → My companion chose "Peach" with compote fruit on top. I originally planned to order a cake separately if there was room, but I was full from the macarons! I was very grateful that the promotion was available on a weekday. It made me a bit nervous about whether it applied during the Obon festival, but I was very thankful that it did. Next to me, local girls were happily enjoying their meal, and I couldn't help but think that macarons suit those girls the best (●´ω`●) Macarons are the best! ✨
