Amemura is quietly the holy land of late-night Kasu Udon! I really wanted to eat Kasu Udon, so I went for it! I have a personality that makes me want to order something with a lot of spiciness, so I ordered a level 15, which was spicier than I expected. It was delicious, definitely better than ramen!

I went around 4 in the morning, and there were a few customers. When I entered the shop, a very nice aroma greeted me. I ordered katsu udon. First, I tried the broth. It was so comforting, especially in the winter. The rich broth combined with the katsu created a delicious flavor. It was the perfect dish to end the night. I visited from 8:20 to 9:00 PM. It's great that they are open late until 11:00 PM. There were two customers before me. Even at this time, more customers were coming in.
