From the Tanimachi Line's Tanimachi Kyuchome Station, walk west on Sennichimae Street and you'll see a sign for "Takoyaki" on the left side. I purchased some takoyaki to go from the storefront facing the street. They had slightly larger takoyaki available for 400 yen for 8 pieces. You can also buy 4 pieces for 200 yen, but I decided to go for the larger option. The takoyaki had various toppings like sauce and mayonnaise. When asked how I wanted it, I just went with "the usual" since it was my first time there. They topped it with slightly sweet sauce, bonito flakes, and mayonnaise. It was delicious. I waited about 30 minutes before eating it, and while it wasn't crispy on the outside, the inside was fluffy and tasty. The shop also had a counter and some simple tables and chairs inside, so you could also enjoy your takoyaki there as an izakaya-style meal. Next time, I might try eating it fresh in the shop!

Atsuatsu is the best. I don't have many opportunities to go to Tanimachi Kyuchome, but when I was taking a walk from Tanimachi Yonchome where NHK Osaka Broadcasting Station is located, I walked all the way to Tanimachi Kyuchome and discovered this place. I can't drink alcohol, so I can't comment on that, but the takoyaki was excellent. I ordered the 8-piece takoyaki for 400 yen. It seems like you can enjoy your food and drinks inside the shop, but the atmosphere was a bit intimidating for me, so I ordered for takeout. What I really liked was the chopstick wrapper. I have also uploaded a picture, so please take a look.

I found a sign for takoyaki while heading towards Nihonbashi Station from Tamachi Kyuchome Station. It said 8 pieces for 400 yen, but when I went up the steps, there was a sign saying 4 pieces for 200 yen. I ordered it and chose sauce as the topping. It came with bonito flakes and mayonnaise. The takoyaki was slightly larger than usual, with a small piece of octopus inside. The filling was creamy and rich, but the outer skin was a bit soggy, probably because it was pre-made. Overall, it was delicious.

At the intersection of Tanimachi 9-chome, turn towards Namba and you'll see a large sign for "Furinkazan" that stands out even at night. They sell takoyaki: 4 for 200 yen, or 8 for 400 yen. I felt a bit guilty as an adult ordering just 4 for 200 yen, but I went for it. The staff kindly said "Here you go!" The takoyaki was on the larger side, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, delicious. The octopus inside was plentiful and the sauce and mayonnaise I chose were tasty. It was really good.

It's a takoyaki shop where you can also dine in. Beer, whether draft or bottled, is only 400 yen. The takoyaki with sauce was good, but when I asked for mayo and bonito flakes, they were missing. The other dishes were light and easy to eat. The portions were good for the price, making it a nice place to go for drinks and chat afterwards. Takoyaki takeout seems to be popular here.

This is not a name suitable for a takoyaki shop. You can also enter the eat-in space from the side of the shop. There was a menu posted there for 4 pieces for 200 yen, but it was not posted in front of the shop, so I ordered 8 pieces for 400 yen. The size of the takoyaki is large. There are about 4 or 5 types of sauce, such as salt and dashi soy sauce. I took a chance and asked for half salt and half sauce, and they kindly agreed. The takoyaki is what you would call "fluffy and melty." The inside is also very soft. The dashi flavor is not very strong. However, after a while of savoring it in my mouth, the powdery texture starts to bother me. It's like the feeling when you lick the batter while making takoyaki or okonomiyaki. This taste would be hard to eat as is. The octopus is cut quite large to match the size of the takoyaki. However, it's a bit tough. Well, some people might like this crunchy texture. Also, it would be nice to have some coarse salt to sprinkle on the takoyaki. In the end, 4 pieces of takoyaki would have been enough.

I went to Lalukii in Fukuoka and Gon in Tsukamoto after reading about it in "Hitoshi Matsumoto's Interesting Stories". This time, I tried their takoyaki, which a regular person on Twitter was raving about. I bought 7 for 350 yen. It was no good. There was no punch at all. It wasn't delicious, but it wasn't bad either. I want something with a punch, whether spicy or sweet. Anything with some punch. It's not bad, but it's not tasty either. I feel like the takoyaki I make at home on a whim has more punch, in a good or bad way. I hope the man on Twitter isn't related to the volcano. This is just my personal opinion. If you happen to be nearby, why not give it a try? My favorite takoyaki right now is the monk's takoyaki. Also, I recommend going to Furinkazan during the day, as it's not a place where a girl should go alone at night.

I used takeout. This shop is located alone in a love hotel district. Next to it is a yakitori takeout shop. I ordered octopus balls with 8 pieces, cooked without sauce. I especially like to eat octopus balls plain or with salt. They were soft and gooey inside, very delicious. It's great for a light snack or a treat. The staff at the shop seemed indifferent, and with the COVID-19 precautions in place, it was hard to understand what they were saying. Thank you for the meal.
