I took out the Tokyo Mojito and Solbe Blue in a small size @702. The Solbe Blue was easy to drink, but I couldn't really taste the peach. If you want something easy to drink without any strong flavors, this might be a good choice. The Tokyo Mojito had a green tea base with citrus flavor, and the mint and lime flavors were quite strong. As expected from Mariage Freres, both were very delicious.

Mariage Freres is a famous tea shop known for its tea, but it's often too crowded to get in, especially at the Ginza store. However, I was relieved to find out that there was a pop-up shop by EXIT Melsa until September 30, 2023. This shop offers take-out options only, with a lineup of 5 varieties of hot and cold tea. I chose the blue tea (iced) based on the color. It was priced around 800 yen, which is about 2/3 of the price for drinking in-store. The tea had a citrusy flavor with no sweetness, making it refreshing and perfect for cooling off in the summer. Although it's for take-out, there is an eat-in space (with chairs) on the same floor where you can enjoy your tea. Since it's a limited-time offer, I recommend checking it out soon!

I heard that a takeout-only shop opened across from GINZA SIX, at the Exit Melsa store, so I went to try it. I'm so happy that I can casually enjoy Mariage Freres here. I chose the refreshing sorbet blue color. It's great that they use paper cups instead of plastic, even though it's not visible. The tea was incredibly delicious. It was hot outside, so it was perfect. Thank you for the meal.

Around 2:00 pm on a holiday visit. There is a flagship store of Mariage Freres across from EXIT Melsa. It's always crowded, but if you just want to buy tea, you can easily get it at the EXIT Melsa pop-up store. And now, they seem to be doing a limited-time French tea takeout. What I tried was:
- Tokyo Mohito
- Sorbet Blue
Tokyo Mohito was strong in herbal flavor and I didn't quite like it. Sorbet Blue had just the right refreshing taste and was delicious. It's a great companion for a hot day stroll.

I found out that there is a place on the 1st floor of Merci where you can get Mariage Frères tea to go, even though there is a café right nearby. The location is inside Sweets March on the 1st floor of Exit Merci. It's a very small corner. I wanted hot tea, but they only had cold options. The hot tea was available at the café right in front. I ended up getting a cold tea. They had 4 types of tea: Marco Polo, Tokyo Mojito, Solvay Blue, and Marco Polo Rouge. All available in PETIT size for 702 yen and GRAND size for 864 yen. I was shown all the options, but I went with my favorite, Marco Polo. The cold Marco Polo tea was amazing, the scent remained unchanged even when cold. It was slightly sweet and delicious even as an ice tea, which was a first for me. I was very satisfied. It was so nice to enjoy Marco Polo while watching a movie. How times have changed. By the way, the Solvay Blue tea looked blue in color. It's a shame that you can't see the color in the same container. It looks so refreshing just by looking at it.

Mariage Freres has its main store nearby in the 4th district, and a sister store inside Ginza Mitsukoshi. They also have a retail store inside Isetan Mitsukoshi. They have recently started selling take-out drinks at the sister store, including four types of tea: Marco Polo, Tokyo Mojito, Sorbet Blue, and Marco Polo Rouge. I chose the unique blue tea Sorbet Blue, which is apparently quite popular. They offer two sizes: GRAND and PETIT. I chose PETIT and found the portion to be sufficient. The tea is served in a non-transparent paper cup, so you can't see the color until you open the lid. Once opened, the tea is indeed blue, reminiscent of dark blue fountain pen ink. It has a refreshing taste. The Tokyo Mojito also looks delicious.

Hydrating with a drink here. Chose the Tokyo Mojito from the four takeout drink options. It was described as a refreshing tea to quench your thirst. It's a mint and lime green tea flavored tea, with a refreshing aftertaste that makes it easy to drink. It's delicious. Although the cup size is the same, there are two sizes to choose from, which is nice. I chose the smaller size, so the cup was only about half full, but that was fine.
