This restaurant offers great value for money, with fresh sashimi and delicious dishes. It's the perfect place to entertain guests from Tokyo. Everyone is satisfied with the taste and cost-effectiveness. My family always says they want to go to this restaurant when they come to Fukuoka.

The sashimi is thick and satisfying. The main dish can be chosen from 3 options, and this time I chose motsunabe. It is light and delicious. The all-you-can-drink option is quick and the drinks are served promptly. The seating is in a semi-private type of sunken kotatsu, so you can relax and enjoy. All the female staff are beautiful. It seems like the restaurant is operated by a talent agency. I got drunk and caused trouble, I'm sorry... I'll go cool off under the waterfall and come back.

This time, I attended a work-related banquet where we were informed in advance about a 5,000 yen participation fee. We took a bus to Hakata Station with the guidance of Google, and arrived a bit late. Everyone had already started and seemed quite drunk. I ended up sitting at the back. We started with draft beer and were served sashimi of striped jack and squid. The people in Hakata seem to prefer sashimi that is not too firm, so I was pleased to see no salmon in the sashimi platter. There were also generous portions of hot pot, chicken nanban, and various dishes served at the table. The only downside was the cramped seating, which made it difficult for work-related gatherings. It would be more suitable for office drinking parties.

This is a popular izakaya in Hakata where you can eat such delicious fish at a low price that you won't find anywhere else! The restaurant is always bustling with salarymen gathering together. The sashimi in particular is exceptionally delicious, so be sure to try it!

I think the best place for sashimi in Hakata. The prices are reasonable too. They have both regular soy sauce and sashimi soy sauce, which is great. As someone from Kyushu, I find sashimi with soy sauce very delicious. However, for people from outside Kyushu, they might prefer regular soy sauce because it's sweeter. It makes me realize how our taste buds are shaped by our environment.

I brought business travelers from Tokyo and Osaka. We ordered the option of a choice between a platter of fresh sashimi and a course featuring various flavors from Kyushu, all for 5000 yen including a 2-hour all-you-can-drink option. Unfortunately, due to a significant decrease in catch volume over the past 20 years, there was no spear squid available (known as "Kensaki Ika" in Fukuoka, referred to as "Yari Ika"). However, the striped jack and flounder sashimi were delicious. The sashimi was fresh and the price was reasonable, making us very satisfied.

I used to frequent a place near Chikushi-guchi because the food was delicious, but this time I visited here near Hakata Station. To cut to the chase, the other place is better. I ordered a course meal, but I couldn't choose between Hirame or Shimaaji, which was disappointing since I know the other place.

The 3500 yen course had amazing volume. There were 4 men but we still couldn't finish it. With the coupon, we got extra sashimi which made it look fancy and taste delicious with fresh and thick slices. It's a recommended place for a large group to visit!

After finishing work around 10 pm, I visited a restaurant with my bosses. We ordered a sashimi platter, chicken wings, horse sashimi, and lotus root with mustard. The sashimi platter was amazing and delicious, and surprisingly affordable at only 2,200 yen! The food was so good and went perfectly with drinks. The horse sashimi and lotus root with mustard were also delicious. Thank you for the meal!

I visited the restaurant on a regular night. The rooms were not completely private, so you could hear voices from the next room, but many of the rooms were separated by sliding doors. The sashimi platter was quite luxurious, as shown in the photo, and of course, it was delicious. I didn't take a photo, but the live squid was also very delicious, so I recommend ordering those two dishes.

What's with that pretentious attitude towards other restaurants? This time, I visited a restaurant in Hakata. I climbed the stairs to a slightly cramped semi-private room. The place was packed with salarymen. The sashimi alone is worth a visit. The flounder was delicious, and the other fish had thick cuts that everyone praised. While there were some dishes that made me go "hmm?", considering the price, the cost performance is great. The all-you-can-drink sake was also easy to drink. Of course, I'll go back again!

On my younger brother's birthday, our family of five used a 5000 yen course at the restaurant. When we called on the day, they kindly allowed us to change the course to a sea bream shabu-shabu without changing the price. They mentioned that other dishes in the course might be different now. Despite that, the amount of food was still the same and we were all extremely satisfied with the generous portions. We also ordered additional sashimi miso soup with striped jack (300 yen per cup) and fried flounder (680 yen), which were very affordable. It was amazing. The restaurant had a private room-like atmosphere, but the surrounding salarymen customers were a bit noisy, creating a bustling environment. There seemed to be a shortage of staff, so orders might be a bit slow, but they still managed to provide good service and the all-you-can-drink option had plenty of time, which we were happy about. Also, the female staff member was incredibly friendly. Despite being very busy due to staff shortage, she did not show any signs of irritation and was wonderful. Please give her a compliment if the restaurant sees this. She was a young girl who served us on the second floor on August 16th! Overall, we were very satisfied. The slight negatives were the sense of staff shortage and the noisy salarymen around us! (laughs)

I had a seafood bowl. It was a special selection, but it cost 1000 yen! A regular seafood bowl is 800 yen. The 1000 yen seafood bowl had a lot of ingredients, with tuna laid under the shrimp. There was a little bit of grated yam in the center, and it was delicious too! It came with miso soup and a small salad. The restaurant is bustling during lunchtime and can also accommodate drinking parties in private rooms. It wasn't too crowded, and there was plenty of seating. The cost performance is really good! The staff seemed very busy, but the food was served quickly. They are doing their best to overcome the challenges of COVID-19, and I appreciate it. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for your hard work!

On this day of my business trip to Fukuoka, I visited this restaurant for a drinking party with my colleagues! We started with a toast of draft beer and ordered a variety of Kyushu dishes such as assorted sashimi, lotus root with mustard, and herring mentaiko. We enjoyed these dishes so much that we decided to order more, along with some potato shochu with water. We also ordered salt-grilled soba noodles as an additional dish and had a great time. I was able to fully enjoy Hakata cuisine, and if I have the chance to visit again, I look forward to returning!

Located across from the bus center, near Hakata Station's Hakata exit. It seems to be a bar at night, but they also serve lunch. I ordered the seafood bowl for 800 yen including tax. It came with over 10 slices of sashimi on slightly firm sushi rice. It's delicious. Fukuoka is great to be able to get a seafood bowl like this for 800 yen!

I had a 700 yen fried chicken set meal. It's nice that miso soup and rice refills are free. I wish the fried chicken tasted a bit better. I stayed at this hotel often and decided to try this restaurant since it's nearby. It's a good place to drink alone at a reasonable price, and the food is delicious. The staff, especially the employees in the dining area, are busy but still manage to be friendly. One thing to note, although it's not the restaurant's fault, some customers in the tatami area were talking loudly and laughing, which was quite unpleasant even without considering COVID. It would have been nice if the staff had addressed this. I tried the seared chashu, chicken nanban, and grilled rice balls.

During my last visit, I had the "seafood bowl" for 800 yen including tax. It was unexpectedly delicious, so this time I ordered the "seafood bowl deluxe" for 1,000 yen including tax. The deluxe set includes the seafood bowl, salad, and miso soup. The sashimi toppings include sweet shrimp, scallop, sea bream, mackerel, amberjack, yellowfin tuna, salmon, and salmon roe. Grated nagaimo, shiso leaves, and chopped seaweed are also added as toppings. Despite the 200 yen price difference from the regular seafood bowl, I think the quality of sashimi included is worth more. The freshness is as good as last time. The rice is slightly warm, just like last time. It is topped with a tasty sauce similar to grilled fish. The only downside this time was the rice, which was a bit dry and clumpy in some parts. It was different from the rice I had last time. "Hakata Uoichiban" seems to be a popular spot among nearby workers. When I visited about 5 minutes before noon, there were only 2 customers, but after noon, more and more people started coming in. It might be better to avoid peak hours.

Visited before lunchtime at 11:40 am. There were no customers when I arrived, but soon the place got busy with people coming in. It seems to be quite a popular spot. I ordered the "Seafood Bowl" for 800 yen, which was labeled as the "No.1 Popular" on the menu board. There is also a "Special Seafood Bowl" for 1,000 yen. The Seafood Bowl had 5 types of sashimi, including salmon, albacore tuna, and amberjack, each with 2 slices arranged on a bed of rice. In the center, there were shiso leaves, grated nagaimo (Japanese yam), and shredded seaweed. Some of the white fish had a firm texture, indicating they were not frozen. The freshness of the sashimi was really good. The rice was slightly warm and topped with a sauce that reminded me of the one used for grilled fish. It was my first time trying such a seafood bowl, and it tasted great with a little soy sauce and wasabi. The prices on the menu were inclusive of tax. For 800 yen, the seafood bowl set with miso soup and salad at Hakata Station is a good value for money. The "No.1 Popular" sign on the board was indeed true, as many customers were ordering the seafood bowl.

We came to Hakata with drinking buddies from the neighborhood. Our only purpose was to eat and drink. We made a reservation here around 10:30 am, just after arriving from Shin-Osaka at 8 am. Even though it was before the opening time, they accommodated us, which we appreciated. We chose a course with 2 hours of all-you-can-drink (4000 yen). The sashimi platter for the first dish was impressive and got everyone excited. They also served motsunabe (offal hot pot). The location is convenient from the station, and the staff's service was excellent.
