I had already passed by all the lunch spots, thinking about maybe going to the waterfall first and then eating, when I stumbled upon this restaurant. I had the grilled fish lunch, which came with multiple side dishes, all of which were really delicious. The salad was stylish and colorful. The miso soup had a gentle flavor with a rich dashi base, making it very tasty despite not being too strong. The main grilled fish dish was also served with a unique mugwort sauce. It was a long time since I had such a delicious lunch. Thank you very much.

I went to see the autumn leaves in Minoh for the first time before the self-restraint life of the corona starts again. It's so close, but I used to go to Kyoto or Nara every year, but this year I decided to stay close by because I'm afraid to take the train. It takes about an hour to get to Minoh Falls from the station... I saw the waterfall for the first time and laughed. After that, I arrived at this restaurant that I had made a reservation for a little early... I had to wait a bit before visiting! The floor is covered with boards and looks clean, so I thought I had to take off my shoes... but it was okay to leave them on, so it was easy. Did they renovate? There are many congratulatory flowers of Phalaenopsis. There is only one limited menu for the autumn leaves season. It is a two-part system at 11:00 and 13:00 for 90 minutes, with perfect corona measures in place. You can also use Go to Eat. Salmon sashimi, konjac sashimi, saury grilled with miso, cheese taro sesame tofu, various small side dishes, pork braised in soy sauce... It is soft and delicious with just the right amount of flavor. The chawanmushi has a yuzu fragrance that spreads throughout the mouth, with shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, ginkgo nuts, and quail inside, creating a warm and comforting taste. The miso soup and rice are a bit warm, but everything else seems to be pre-made... It is a bit overpriced at 2700 yen excluding tax. You can add a cake for an additional 300 yen, or a drink for an additional 200 yen. A basket of maple leaves would be nice next year. (*^_^*)

The Japanese dishes served on small plates were all delicious, but if the prices were a bit cheaper, it would be even better.
