We visited this restaurant for lunch before departure. It had caught our attention since we arrived. It seems to be a local restaurant from Tokachi, which is great for us as we don't drive. The fact that it's not part of a chain makes it even more special. We arrived early and were the first ones to enter. I ordered the meat-filled pork bowl, while my wife ordered the regular pork bowl with an egg topping. We used a coupon from the app for a discount. There was also a limited menu item, the seared cheese pork bowl. When the bowls arrived, they seemed smaller than expected, but they were delicious. The meat was thick but tender, and even the kids enjoyed it. It was a good choice to get the meat-filled bowl for sharing. Despite the small appearance, the bowls were actually quite filling. The sauce had a perfect balance, not too sweet or heavy. The rice soaked in the sauce was amazing. Before we knew it, the whole family had finished eating. It was probably the best pork bowl we've ever had. We wanted to buy some sauce to take home, but couldn't due to luggage restrictions. Everyone was completely satisfied. Thank you for the meal.

Grilled Cheese Pork Bowl - Ordered 1.5 times the amount of meat, placing pork with sauce on top of white rice and then topping it with cheese before grilling it already sounded delicious. However, whether it was the quality of the meat, the cooking process, or both, the pork itself did not have a special deliciousness worth going out of your way to eat in Hokkaido. As for the cheese, maybe my expectations were too high. The price was also quite high. If you're looking to eat at the airport, there may be some waiting at certain restaurants, but it's better to eat miso ramen that is consistently good no matter where you go.

There was a shop at Chitose Airport with a particularly long line. Due to a change in my flight departure time, I had some time to spare, so I decided to brave the line. It turned out to be a great decision. The sauce on the pork bowl was exquisite and the meat was tender and delicious. I also enjoyed a salad to stay healthy. The miso soup had a refreshing kick of ginger.

I intruded during dinner. This time, I ordered the Meat Mix Wasabi Pork Bowl. The meat was bite-sized and easy to eat, and the sauce was not too sweet, which paired well with the rice. The wasabi was generously sprinkled, adding a good spicy accent. Sprinkling ginger powder and sansho pepper powder from the tabletop adds a nice flavor variation. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I didn't know that there was pork bowl as a Hokkaido gourmet dish, but it was so delicious that I want to eat it again. The rich sauce increases my appetite and the rice goes down smoothly. I was completely satisfied with a full stomach. I regret not adding a soft-boiled egg topping. Beer would also go perfectly with it.

It has been some time since my last visit to this ramen restaurant. I first visited this place when I arrived at New Chitose Airport for the first time, and I had always wanted to come back. I arrived 15 minutes before opening and there was already a line forming. The staff handed me the menu while I waited, so I was able to decide what to order in advance. The restaurant opened at 11:00 am and I was seated shortly after placing my order, so the process was smooth. I ordered the pork bowl with extra meat and added a draft beer, which came to 2,310 yen. It seems like the prices have gone up since my last visit (about 2 years ago), but I understand considering the current situation. I was craving meat and alcohol more than rice, so it was satisfying for me. As for the taste... it wasn't as impressive as the first time I tried it. The meat was a bit tough, but the flavor was good. I decided to add some additional seasonings like ground pepper to customize the taste to my liking. I finished my meal, and while it was delicious, I still felt a bit unsatisfied for some reason. I think I'll wait a bit longer before coming back next time. Thank you for the meal.

When it comes to pork bowl, I always eat at Ippin, but this time I tried Pork Bowl Master for the first time. There were about 7 groups waiting, but the turnover was fast and we were able to enter in about 10 minutes! I ordered the classic pork bowl. It was delicious. The yam pepper powder for flavor change tasted like rosemary, with no spiciness at all.

I stopped by at the end of my trip to Hokkaido. I have had pork bowls in Obihiro style a few times before, but the authentic pork bowl here had thick slices of meat and was very satisfying to eat. The sweet sauce was as delicious as I had imagined, and I finished it in no time, haha.

I visited around 1:00 PM on Sunday. There were about 8 people ahead of me, but I was seated in about 20 minutes. I ordered the Cheese Pork Bowl. The slices of pork belly were thick and satisfying to eat. The sauce was sweet and delicious, but it didn't seem to penetrate the meat much (probably due to the thickness of the meat). The meat was slightly tough, but it paired well with the cheese, and I enjoyed being able to try a Hokkaido specialty.

A famous pork bowl restaurant in Tokachi. I have been there several times and if there are no large groups, you can get in without waiting. The pork is cooked in a rich sweet and savory sauce that goes well with the rice. The meat is also tender. I finished it in no time. I hope they can make the miso soup delicious as well. Thank you for the meal.

I went around 3 PM on a regular day and had to wait for about 15 minutes as the restaurant was full. I ordered the pork bowl with pickles and miso soup (1265 yen). The bowl was slightly larger than a regular rice bowl, and the portion was smaller than I expected. There was plenty of pork in it, which gave it a satisfying taste. At first, I tasted a burnt flavor, but as I continued eating, it became more delicious. I could season it with table pepper and ginger powder. The miso soup had a hint of ginger, making it tasty. My friend from Taiwan asked me to buy the sauce for the pork bowl as a souvenir, so I bought it. It can be stored at room temperature and has a shelf life of about 2 years, making it a good souvenir option.

During a summer trip to Hokkaido for the Obon holiday, I visited Furano in search of a cool retreat. I had a late lunch at Chitose Airport, where many restaurants were crowded even at 2 pm. I decided to try the Pork Bowl Master, as it seemed like I could get a table quickly. After waiting in line for about 5 minutes, I was seated. I wanted to order the pork loin bowl, but they were out for the day, so I settled for the regular pork bowl. When it arrived, it looked appetizing with a rich color. The sauce was on the stronger side and tasted good, but I felt like the meat and sauce didn't quite blend together. The sauce was similar to eel sauce, so it went well with sansho pepper. Surprisingly, the miso soup was delicious.

I visited the New Chitose Airport on my way back from a business trip to Hokkaido. Since the last order time was approaching and the shop was not too crowded, I was able to enter without waiting in line. The menu had many delicious options, including a two-tiered pork bowl with pork lined in the middle. It is recommended for those who want a hearty meal. After some deliberation, I ordered a regular pork bowl with a hot spring egg. When the bowl arrived, it looked delicious! However, the bowl was a bit small, so for those who want a substantial meal, I think ordering the two-tiered option would be better. The meat was tender and the sauce was excellent! I should have gone for the two-tiered option... I finished it in an instant! While seafood and ramen are good choices, I also recommend the pork bowl! Thank you for the meal!

I got a recommendation from my friend who is an active flight attendant for a restaurant to eat at New Chitose Airport. When I arrived around lunchtime during the Bon holiday season, all the restaurants had unbelievably long lines, so I decided to line up here. They took our order quickly, so we were able to be seated relatively fast, and then our food arrived! This was actually my first time trying pork bowl, and I instantly became a big fan. The smoky flavor from the charcoal grill combined with the sweet and savory sauce was amazing! Surprisingly, the donburi size was small, so you could finish it in no time. My eldest son ordered the cheese pork bowl. It was a bit more expensive than the guidebook price, around 300-400 yen higher, and there was an additional 500 yen difference from the regular pork bowl, so I thought the cheese was expensive! However, there was a surprisingly generous amount of cheese on top, and it was incredibly delicious. This is Hokkaido! I thought to myself. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my first meal in Hokkaido.

In Hokkaido, I ate delicious food to my heart's content, and the last thing I ate at the airport on the way back was this pork bowl! Since I was already full, I ordered a regular size. However, the large portion of pork on the side arrived first, but it didn't take long for the rest to come out! The pork was tender and delicious with a sweet sauce that everyone loves! It also came with miso soup! Thank you for the meal (^^)

I visited a restaurant that I had been interested in for a while before my flight at New Chitose Airport. There was a wait of 5 people, but we were able to enter after waiting for about 15 minutes. It is a famous pork bowl restaurant with its main store in Tokachi. Inside, there are about 40 seats. We ordered the "pork bowl" and "draft beer". The pork bowl that arrived after a short wait had a delicious taste with tender meat coated in a sweet and savory sauce. Additionally, there was a seasoning on the table called ginger powder, which was not very familiar to me. When I tried it, the flavor was mild and didn't have as much impact as I expected, haha. The sansho pepper might be a better match. Thank you for the meal!

The long-awaited pork bowl was delicious. I had the long-awaited Ito pork bowl at Chitose Airport during my business trip to Sapporo. Although it looks rich in flavor, it's not at all. The taste is well balanced, considering the matching with rice, making it easy to eat. I feel like I could go for a second bowl. Thank you for the meal.

The restaurant only has tables. I visited to kill time before boarding and had a craving, so I ordered the pork bowl since the pork fillet bowl was sold out. The portion was unexpectedly small, but the sauce was delicious, the pork was cooked well, and the white rice was tasty. I will definitely come back next time.

At around 12:15 on a weekday, there were about 5 groups waiting in line in front of the Tokachi pork bowl restaurant at New Chitose Airport's food court. Despite being short-staffed, we were seated in about 10 minutes. The pork bowl costs 1100 yen and my companion ordered the mini pork bowl and salad set for the same price. The pork slices were thick and had a good amount of fat, making it more suitable for men. The sweet sauce coated the meat nicely, with a good amount of caramelization, making it delicious.

Upon returning from Tokyo, I picked up the household CEO and we decided to grab a meal since they hadn't eaten anything all day. I suddenly thought of pork bowl and managed to find it at the airport. We had to wait a bit for a table, which made me realize the current issue of understaffing. Once seated, the service was quick and my order of a "meat-packed pork bowl" arrived promptly. The meat portion was generous, but lacked the "heaping" feeling advertised on the menu. The thick slices of meat provided a satisfying chew, but the flavor was slightly salty for my taste, I prefer a bit more sweetness. The household CEO opted for a mini bowl with salad, a convenient option that includes a small bowl, salad, and a drink. I'm interested in trying the original restaurant next time!

The older sister at the hall is a bit salty and has an S-like attitude, which is really nice. To be honest, I haven't thought much about the deliciousness of pork bowls before, but the one at this shop is delicious. The seasoning is almost the same as an eel bowl, but I found that I prefer pork over eel. No matter how high-quality the eel is, it still retains a raw and muddy smell, but pork doesn't have any unpleasant odor, so I think it's a flavor that everyone would enjoy. I also thought that this seasoning would go well with light fatty beef like Matsusaka beef. It would be nice to use wasabi and other condiments. They sell the sauce in bottles, so it's good for souvenirs. By the way, why is the rice so sticky? If you're into BDSM, you might want it to be hot and aggressive.
