I heard it was delicious from an acquaintance and decided to visit. At first, I thought it was a takeout restaurant, but there was a spacious eat-in area at the back. I ordered: - Yam Potato Steak: Sliced yam potato with green onions and seaweed, delicious as a side dish. - Grilled Salted Guts: Perfectly grilled guts. - Gyoza with Kimchi: Gyoza topped with a lot of kimchi, incredibly tasty. - Grilled Asparagus with Salt: Asparagus grilled to perfection, great as a snack. - Soft Bone Grilled: Perfectly cooked soft bone. - Grilled Green Onion Mix: Green onion grill made with Kyoto's Kujo green onion, filled with ingredients like squid, shrimp, and pork belly. - Green Onion and Tendon with Kimchi: Finely chopped cabbage with tender tendon, topped with Kujo green onion and a sunny-side-up egg. Mayo was added by the staff, very professional and neat. - Seafood Mentaiko Salt Soba: The sesame and perilla seasoning was amazing, and the noodles were delicious with plenty of toppings. - Takoyaki (forgot to take a photo): Had it with sauce, which was incredibly tasty. The shop's sauce might be the best I've ever had. The shop has a variety of seasoning options for takoyaki, including soy sauce, salt, and ponzu. They also offer Sapporo and Asahi beer, and the food is more affordable compared to other flour-based food shops. The staff mentioned that the eat-in area is not very noticeable, so there are still few customers. The shop has been open for about half a year. The combination of sauce, takoyaki, and okonomiyaki here is exceptional. The meat and vegetables are cooked perfectly, not overcooked or undercooked. I wonder where the staff trained. I will definitely come back. Thank you for the meal.

This is a shop where I love the takoyaki and often get takeout. On this day, both my wife and I were tired and didn't feel like cooking dinner, so we came here to eat. This shop is actually a takoyaki shop, but there are table seats with teppanyaki grills at the back where you can enjoy a variety of food and drinks. Each table has a curtain hanging down, making it hard to see from the surrounding seats, which creates a nice atmosphere. The menu includes okonomiyaki, yakisoba, takoyaki, teppanyaki (meat, seafood, vegetables), and sake accompaniments. What we had on this day was as follows: - Mixed Yakisoba: ¥910 The noodles are boiled before being grilled, so the texture is chewy and delicious. The combination of the takoyaki sauce and the yakisoba is amazing. The generous amount of pork, shrimp, and squid is also a plus. You must try the yakisoba when you come here. - Pork, Green Onion, and Egg Okonomiyaki: ¥880 A soft and melty texture with just a hint of firmness is characteristic of this okonomiyaki. The generous amount of pork tendon is soft and well-cooked, making it delicious. - 6 Premium Gyoza: ¥350 These gyoza are made with premium garlic, Hokkaido kelp dashi, and Wagyu beef fat, and they are truly delicious. When you bite into them, the meat juice overflows, surprising me with its rich flavor. These gyoza also have their own unique characteristics and are excellent. I think it would be a waste to only use this takoyaki shop for takeout. I hope those who appreciate the quality of this place will also come here at night. Thank you for the delicious meal!

I encountered a genuine powder food shop that opened recently and heard that the interior was spacious, so I decided to visit. I thought it was only for takeout, but as I went further in, I found a hidden table seating area with 5 seats and a counter with 3 seats. I was able to relax and enjoy my meal leisurely in a spacious setting. The okonomiyaki had plenty of ingredients and was very satisfying. The negiyaki used Kujyo green onions, and as a green onion lover, I became a big fan. The yakisoba had different noodles for dine-in and takeout, and the owner's commitment was evident in the chewy fresh noodles. I forgot to take a photo, but the takoyaki was also delicious with a flavorful broth. There were many side dishes, and the menu made me want to come back again. On the way home, I bought a banana juice and drank it. It was incredibly rich and different from what I expected, which amazed me. I found a restaurant that hit the spot after a long time. I will definitely go back. Next time, I will make sure to buy some popcorn to take home.

Located about a 3-minute walk from Hoken Station, there is a restaurant called Ayari that specializes in flour dishes. They offer a wide variety of menu items such as teppanyaki, appetizers, and unique items like banana juice and flavored popcorn. I initially thought it was a takeout-only place, but we were able to dine in. The interior was surprisingly spacious with a long dining area at the back. When we visited around 6 pm on a weekend, about half of the tables were occupied. The customers seemed to be mostly acquaintances of the staff and regulars, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We ordered oyster butter soy sauce, squid and mushroom garlic butter soy sauce, tonkotsu-style yakisoba, takoyaki, and okonomiyaki. The bean sprouts in the oyster butter soy sauce dish were undercooked, and the yakisoba got burnt and hardened quickly on the hot plate. It seemed like they were still working out some kinks as they had only been open for about a month. The tonkotsu-style yakisoba had pig intestine as an ingredient, but the flavor was too overpowering, lacking the expected pork bone taste. The takoyaki was really delicious, with small and crispy octopus balls that paired well with the generous amount of sauce. The okonomiyaki had a generous amount of ingredients and was quite filling. Overall, we enjoyed 5 dishes and 6 drinks for about 6500 yen for two people. The teppanyaki and okonomiyaki were reasonably priced considering the large portions. Thank you for the meal!

I heard a rumor that a new takoyaki shop near the station is quite delicious, so I came to check it out. When I arrived, I realized that this place used to be a newly opened fried chicken shop. Even though there are already two fried chicken specialty shops nearby, I wondered if it was okay to open another one. However, it seems like it's doing well. There are already many takoyaki shops in the area, but in Osaka, takoyaki is much more popular than fried chicken, so if the takoyaki here is delicious, it should be fine. When I looked at the menu, they offered takoyaki, okonomiyaki, yakisoba, fried chicken, gyoza, takosen, banana juice, and more. They also have a dining area where you can enjoy dishes like ginger pork set meal, gyoza and fried chicken set meal, and pork kimchi set meal. This seems very convenient! However, on this day, I opted for takeout takoyaki. The flavors available were sauce, soy sauce, salt, ponzu, and sesame oil with green onion salt (extra 60 yen). For my first time, I chose a safe flavor and got the following for takeout: - 6 pieces Salt 390 yen The takoyaki had a crispy exterior and a gooey interior. Even though it was for takeout and the lid caused some moisture, the crispy parts remained which was good. I really liked the crispy and gooey texture, and the taste was subtly salty, not sharp, and well-rounded and delicious. - 9 pieces Sauce 580 yen The sauce here is amazing! It's rich and flavorful without any acidity, just pure umami goodness. Probably the best takoyaki sauce I've ever had! Since it's sauce, the outer layer was a bit soggy compared to the salt flavor, but the occasional crispy texture was still there, which was nice. The inside was gooey and very delicious. The takoyaki here is a bit pricey at over 60 yen per piece, but the taste is top-notch and incredibly delicious! My wife also said she prefers this takoyaki if we were to buy some in the future. I'll definitely try out other flavors next time. Thank you for the meal!

I made a phone call on the train during my commute and ordered 12 takoyaki with sauce, no ginger, with mayo, bonito flakes, and seaweed. They said it would take about 10 minutes. I paid 760 yen with PayPay and headed to work. I shared them with my colleague at the office and we agreed that they were traditional and delicious, with a rich broth that still tasted good even when they cooled down.

After the karaage shop, I went to a flour-based dish shop. It seems like their main dish is takoyaki, but they also have karaage and gyoza. I tried the "unorthodox" karaage (4 pieces for 350 yen). Each piece is quite big. I accidentally ate half already. It was thigh meat cooked on a hot plate with soy sauce and fragrant vegetables. Next time, I'll try the takoyaki.

Second visit. I had takoyaki and gyoza. The takoyaki is large in size with big pieces of octopus. However, it feels like there are no other fillings inside. The batter has a dashi flavor, which adds to the taste. The gyoza is on the smaller side, but juicy and flavorful. There are seats at the back of the shop, and it seems like there are other menu items available besides takeout.
