Visited for a workplace banquet. I haven't really gotten off at Fukuma Station on this side, so I was impressed by how it looks here. Next to a similar industry store. Both are pretty good. We were guided to a private room upon entering. It has a capacity of about 12 people, but with 8 people, it feels quite spacious. Good. This time, the concept was squid, so we reserved a course without a hot pot with all-you-can-drink (around 4200 yen). Anyway, squid. The course started with a salad. Lettuce with thinly sliced burdock and bonito flakes. Quite delicious. And then sashimi, squid, small dried fish tempura, grilled chicken, yam on a hot plate, skewers, beef cube steak-like dish, salmon and shrimp sushi, squid tempura, and so on. The sashimi includes salmon, yellowtail, octopus, and more. Thick slices. Delicious. The small dried fish tempura has a nice sweetness and texture, just delicious. It's perfect for snacking. The grilled chicken has a chewy skin but the texture of the meat itself is good, and above all, the charcoal, the fragrance is surpassing everything. The spiciness of the condiment is also good. The yam on a hot plate is good with cabbage. Delicious. The beef is quite tender. The squid tempura is fluffy, sweet, delicious. The skewers were barbecued and, what was the other one? It was a bit tough. The sushi is delicious too, but I'm starting to feel full. Didn't make it to dessert. No problem with the portion size. I'm full. Can't eat anymore. The staff's response is not bad, they come right away when called. Good. It would be even better if there was draft beer in the all-you-can-drink option, but oh well. Quite satisfied with the level. Can't underestimate it. As for the squid... it's different from the photos of the restaurant. It's not translucent. The taste is just okay. Huh?
