Since it was starting to drip, I quickly ate it from the sides! The sweet potato flavor is strong and delicious! Just as everyone imagines! As I ate closer to the cone, the sweet red bean paste appeared ♡♡♡ It has a moist texture and a mild taste, so it doesn't overpower the sweet potato flavor. But for those who seek a stronger red bean taste, it might be a bit lacking. I love red bean paste, so I would have been happier if it had a stronger presence! It was the last day of my Hokkaido trip, and I hesitated a lot before buying this soft serve, but I'm glad I ate it... I truly felt that way.
