This is Okuman located near Nagai Park. I visited twice in a short period. The restaurant is on the second floor. Be careful with the stairs on your way out. They accept payment methods like Rakuten Pay. The atmosphere is bright and the staff is young and energetic. The customers include middle-aged men and women, but it seems to be more young people as the night goes on. They have bottled beer which is great. The food is mainly tempura. The crab sticks are delicious and generous in portion. The chicken nanban is also tasty. The tekka maki and cucumber roll are a must-try. The yakisoba is also a must-try. Note that smoking is allowed in all seats.

The food is delicious for the price, the manager is handsome and very kind. The staff are fun to work with. The tempura is cheap and delicious, the sashimi is also delicious. I will definitely go again.
