I have visited this restaurant three times in the past 2 months since discovering it. Every menu item is delicious, but I can't resist ordering the charcoal-grilled chicken because it's so tasty!笑

I visited for a tour through the shareholder benefits of AP Company. I was truly impressed and delighted when I tried the Tsukada Farm's chicken. The energetic customer service also made me a big fan, which led me to become a shareholder. The restaurant has become more stylish, and there is a lively atmosphere inside, giving the impression that the impact of COVID-19 has subsided. The meals have also become more fashionable. Overall, I am glad to be a shareholder and I want to support this company.

Each dish was meticulously prepared and absolutely delicious. It was great that we were able to get a table without a reservation, and the spacious interior with an interesting counter layout was nice. It was disappointing that the dish with egg yolk was sold out. The mango sour was a drink without a strong alcohol taste, so it's recommended for those who don't like alcohol but still want to get tipsy.

Hokkaido-style food and drinks are delicious, but the service is very slow. I went for a company drinking party, and it was awkward while waiting for the alcohol to arrive. The food also takes quite a while, so it might be better for a second venue or with close friends.

I ended up drinking at Shinjuku Nishiguchi and decided to come here for a sense of security. The squid sashimi is limited in quantity, so be sure to order it early... said the waiter. It came out quickly, but it was a bit different from what I expected. I thought it would be transparent and fresh, but the color doesn't seem to be that way. However, they offer a service of grilling the tentacles and innards, so at 1,200 yen per highball, it's not too bad. Since my companion doesn't like Genghis Khan, we opted for safe choices like fried chicken. The portions were small, and after drinking plenty of beer and highballs, the total came to around 7,000 yen per person. I drank too much at the start of the new year.

I visited this restaurant while on a business trip to Shinjuku. This area is known for its many izakayas, so I wandered around and decided on this place. Once inside, I realized that this restaurant was actually a familiar Tsukada Farm. However, it seemed a bit different from the usual Tsukada Farm. While they do offer the traditional chicken dishes, this particular branch focuses on Hokkaido cuisine. Therefore, they have a variety of Hokkaido-style dishes such as squid, crab, ramen, and Genghis Khan (grilled lamb). This time, I mostly enjoyed the Genghis Khan here. The unique feature of their Genghis Khan is that the sauce includes egg yolk, giving it a smooth flavor. I ordered plenty of meat and had a great time at this restaurant, which offers a mix of izakaya and Genghis Khan dining experience.

After watching a play at Kinokuniya, I went to a drinking party with my senior and junior colleagues at a Hokkaido version of Tsukada Farm. The fresh and crispy vegetables in the appetizer were delicious! The drinks were also unique, and I really like the energetic staff at Tsukada Farm restaurants. The seasoning was not too strong, and I would like to go again.

I was really into the Genghis Khan vibe, so I wanted to expand my repertoire of restaurants that I can easily visit, and that's why I came here! As expected from Tsukada Farm, the service and interior are nice! There were various customers such as couples on a date, friend groups, and families! The first appetizer was fresh vegetables. It's nice that you can choose your favorites, but I wish there was a bit more. The main dish, Genghis Khan, had limited types of meat - that was disappointing. Also, they had their original Genghis Khan, but that's not what I wanted. Other dishes were delicious! The squid sashimi and octopus tempura were all well-balanced and enjoyable for anyone you go with! The staff's service was friendly and as good as ever! I will definitely visit again when I feel like going to an izakaya!

I made a reservation around 7:00 pm on a regular day and entered the restaurant. There were still plenty of empty seats inside. The restaurant was spacious and clean, and this time I sat at the counter seat where I could see the kitchen where the food was being prepared.

I visited before and the mentaiko (spicy cod roe) was delicious, so I came back, but it seems like it was a limited-time offer and now it's gone, which is a bit disappointing. The cheese dishes are delicious as expected, and the drinks are also good! Above all, the staff are friendly and great!

I had seafood dishes at a restaurant called Hokkaido Shintoku, which uses ingredients directly from the source. The flavors were strong and very delicious! The staff, mostly part-timers, had a brisk and pleasant attitude. I was happy with the wide selection of alcohol. Although the restaurant seems to promote local chicken dishes more than seafood, personally I found the freshness and appeal of the seafood dishes to be the best.

I have been to this restaurant twice. The atmosphere inside is lively and spacious, with lots of customers. The staff are friendly and smiley. I think the scallops are a bit overpriced for the taste, but the lamb chops are cheap and delicious! The grilled squid was also very tasty. It's nice to have it grilled for you, but my extreme shyness makes it awkward when the staff come to talk to us while we're at the table. Sorry to the friendly lady who tried to chat with us, we're just really shy... If I crave lamb chops again, I'll definitely come back!
