I came to the craft beer specialty shop looking forward to trying various craft beers, but there was hardly any explanation on the menu and the staff didn't provide much information unless I asked. The explanations were minimal and they only answered when asked, which I found unfriendly. The Kirin Ichiban Shibori, where you can enjoy various ways of drinking, was interesting and the foam was fine and delicious. The dishes were small in portion and the taste was average, and they took a long time to come out even when ordered.

Located in Sakaisuji Hommachi, this dining bar called APE BREWING is situated on the right side of the street, one block north from the first street to the west of the traffic light at Gama-cho 1. They offer a lunch menu, with dishes like Matsukado Gozen for 1000 yen, which includes rice and miso soup with free refills. During lunch hours, they only serve Matsukado Gozen. The background music playing is a new song by Ryo Ishibashi from FM COCOLO. Craft beers and about 10 types of sake are available on the evening menu. Dishes are served in 6 minutes, starting with sashimi, cucumber and scallop vinegar, macaroni salad, deep-fried chicken, roast pork, rolled omelette, salmon meuniere, sesame tofu, hijiki seaweed, rice, and miso soup. The lunch atmosphere with a view of the beer server is quite enjoyable. I might come back for dinner next time. "Thank you for the meal."

Craft beer-focused bar open from 5pm until midnight. They offer a drink-all-you-can craft beer plan for the first round, making it a convenient option for second or third bar visits. The bar is also brewing craft beer in the back, which seems to be very convenient.
