The meat is light and has a sweet taste, very delicious. Squeeze some sudachi, and eat it in a sukiyaki-style way with the sweet taste of the meat's fat. I forgot to take a photo, but the appetizers were tsubugai and potato salad. Tsubugai is a favorite of mine, so I was happy with this dish.
