"Patisserie Montage" in Nemuro, there are two of us. We are here for sightseeing, so we are not ordering a lot. It's almost closing time, but we decided to stop by this cake shop. When we arrived, there were a few people coming in and out last night, wondering, "What is this place?" The exterior looks stylish, but the interior, especially the cakes, have a stylish feel that rivals the city. The cakes are fantastic. They are all expensive, but there are two women here, and although there is nothing special about us being two people, the atmosphere feels quite strict. When we seem relaxed, they show a bit of irritation. We ordered the "Wasanbon Roll Cake," the "Strawberry Tart with a Long Name," and the "Anno Imo Tart." It's expensive, and many shops don't accept PayPay. The customers seem to be constantly coming in, and although the prices are high, they showed us some amazing cakes. It would be nice if they could have a bit more friendly customer service. My wife tried the tart and said, "I thought it was strawberry, but it's actually wood strawberry." She suddenly said, "It's as sour as Ume-chan." Then she tried it, and said, "The tart crust is delicious, crispy, and the wood strawberries are coated well, so they're not that sour. It's a delicious tart." The roll cake is moist, the cake is moist, and there's a lot of whipped cream, but not as much as I thought. The Wasanbon is delicious. It's lightly coated, but it's delicious. I thought the appearance wouldn't lose to high-end cake shops in Sapporo, but when I tried it, it wasn't that level. Still, in Nemuro, having a cake shop like this is amazing.
