We went on a lunch date with my husband to the newly opened "Lalaport Izumi" mall. It was just before 1 pm on a weekday, but there was a line of about 20 people in front of the restaurant. However, since they were offering a limited menu after opening, we thought that the seafood bowl and tuna bowl would be served quickly. As expected, the line moved quickly and we were seated inside in about 20 minutes. We placed our order, and while my husband went to get the self-service tea, the food arrived! (Probably about 30 seconds after ordering)
☆Seafood Bowl x 2
Grilled seaweed, medium fatty tuna, tuna red meat, isagi (threeline grunt), salmon, medium fatty tuna, ikura (salmon roe), sweet shrimp, and octopus
The seafood bowl looked beautiful and luxurious. The fresh sashimi, sliced thickly on top of the rice, was delicious. The rice underneath was vinegared rice. The miso soup was piping hot with 2-3 clams in it. However, the rice was a bit cold and slightly firm... Personally, I think if it's called a seafood "bowl", I would have preferred slightly warm rice instead of vinegared rice. If it's vinegared rice, wouldn't it be a seafood "chirashi" bowl? Nevertheless, considering the price of this seafood bowl, it offers excellent value for money, with good freshness of the fish and a variety of contents that can be enjoyed daily. The staff were efficient and the restaurant had a lively atmosphere. It's a great place to stop by for lunch while shopping, without having to go all the way to Kuromon Market. There is a supermarket, LIFE, right in front of the food court, and the outlet stores are also well-stocked, making it a convenient place to visit for shopping or outings. Thank you for a wonderful time. Itadakimasu (。uωu)♪
