This was my first time visiting this restaurant. I heard it was a place known for its water hot pot, so I decided to give it a try. Surprisingly, the interior had a stylish, Western atmosphere. The owner of the restaurant personally took care of us from the moment we entered until we left, handling all the cooking for the water hot pot. The taste of the water hot pot was truly delicious. I have tried various water hot pots in Fukuoka, but the tenderness of the chicken meat here was exceptional. The tenderness when it entered my mouth was unforgettable! Additionally, the minced chicken meat and vegetables paired perfectly with the sweet and sour ponzu sauce, making it a flavor that makes you want to visit every week.
