The takoyaki shop is located behind a supermarket nearby, so it may be a bit hard to find, but it's worth going there. When I looked at the menu when ordering, I noticed something called "takomeshi fried rice" which caught my interest, so I ordered that to eat in, and also ordered takoyaki and Akashiyaki for takeout. Everything was delicious.

Today, I visited a hidden gem that was overshadowed by the local supermarket "Top World Kaida Store" - "Kashima" which closed down after just over a year. Their fried rice was really good though. After that, I went to a newly opened shop that serves Akashiyaki and Takoyaki. I arrived around 6 pm and found a clean and simple interior with white and wood tones, a kitchen on the left side, and 2-4 person tables on the right and in the front. The counter seats that were there before were gone, and there were many congratulatory flowers on the floor. The menu includes "Akashiyaki, Takoyaki, Takosen, Takomeshi, and drinks" as well as some set combinations. I ordered the "Akashiyaki" for takeout. They told me it would take about 10 minutes. The batter was poured onto a copper plate, flipped over with chopsticks, and ready to go. It was served with broth, mitsuba, green onions, and pickled ginger separated neatly. The egg was fluffy and delicate, and the octopus had a nice chewy texture. When dipped in the broth with bonito and kelp, along with mitsuba, it was delicious. I finished it quickly. The taste was authentic and satisfying, but in terms of cost performance, it doesn't quite match up to top-notch places in Akashi. It's quite remote, so the main thing is to let people know about the place. The service was good. Wheelchair accessible, restroom not confirmed, no parking available.

Today, I came here. A takoyaki shop that has been open in the local area for a little over a year, in a quiet and deserted location. I ordered 2 takoyaki for takeout after work, and brought them home for my family's dinner. It was the first time my family tried it, and they said, "I can't bite through the octopus because I don't have teeth, but the fluffy dough and delicious broth are great." The shop has excellent infection control measures in place. Keep up the good work! Thank you for the meal.

I went to a fancy octopus restaurant. My son wanted to eat "Akashiyaki" (a type of octopus ball) so I searched online and found a local shop that serves it. The shop was new and stylish, with tables for dining in. I decided to get takeout, ordering two portions of Akashiyaki for 1400 yen. It took 10 minutes for the order to be ready, and I received the Akashiyaki in a white box along with condiments and dipping sauce. When we ate it at home, my son said "It's delicious!" and I also enjoyed the fluffy texture and the large pieces of octopus. The broth was a bit light for my taste, but overall it was a great experience. I will definitely go back again!
