Sometimes, do you ever feel an intense craving for Chinese restaurant ramen and fried rice? I do! And not just occasionally, but quite often. I can't resist the fried rice and light soy sauce ramen from Fuwara. That's why I decided to visit the "Dairai-ken" restaurant in Kokubunji. I have been to the main branch before, but this was my first time at the Kokubunji location. Without hesitation, I ordered the "egg fried rice and half ramen" set for 880 yen. The "Tianjin rice and half ramen" or the "Mapo rice and half ramen" also looked tempting. First, I dug into the egg fried rice. It was not too fluffy, with a nice moist texture. It was absolutely delicious! I was completely absorbed in it. Next, I tried the half ramen. One sip of the soup... it was amazing! The soy sauce flavor was sharp and satisfying. The toppings were simple, with only bamboo shoots and green onions. The pepper added a nice touch. I am also intrigued by the "Tomato Ramen" on the standing sign, so I will definitely be revisiting soon.

I particularly enjoy the talk by Tam-chan in the first half. I'm looking forward to tomorrow's episode featuring "Koiwa," a place that used to be my neighbor when I lived in Shibamata. The second half, with Takada Aki and Sakano Akane taking turns appearing, is also something I'm excited about.

Everything I tried was tasty and authentic. The spring roll wrappers and almond jelly were homemade. The liver and leek stir-fry was also delicious and filled with ingredients. I definitely want to go back again!

The shrimp omelette had good texture but the sauce was too sweet for my liking. Considering the price, you get a variety of dishes so it feels like a good deal. Overall, it was a satisfying meal! It would be nice if they provided something to wipe your mouth with.

It's a local Chinese restaurant where you can casually stop by alone! The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is cozy. Another good point is that there are many small-sized menu options available.

I have been to the main store and annex near Temma Station several times, but this was my first time visiting this store. I also ordered the Bandit Ramen here. The interior is clean and calm, resembling a Chinese restaurant.
