I stopped by because I was close to work. I reviewed this place 8 years ago, but this was my first time actually visiting the shop. Recently, a bakery with a cafe opened nearby, and it seems to be just as popular as ever. It was snack time at 3 p.m., and from the outside, it looked like there were a lot of customers, but there were seats available in the cafe area. The cafe menu only had cake sets. First, you choose your favorite cake from the showcase, order a drink, pay, and then take a seat. Cakes up to 410 yen are included in the set for a flat rate of 670 yen. Cakes over 410 yen will have an additional charge. The variety of cakes makes it difficult to choose. It was my birthday, so I splurged a bit. I had the autumn-themed "Japanese chestnut" (500 yen) with coffee. It was a good deal for 500 yen. There were also cakes in the 300 yen range. Despite their size, they were cheap. My opinion remains the same as my previous review. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations like the overall rating on Tabelog. The cakes were simply delicious. I wanted something with tart crust, but they didn't have it, so there were more options like roll cakes and choux pastry. The secret to their cost performance might be the wide variety of cakes. If I lived nearby, I could see myself coming back many times. They had about three types of Mont Blanc cakes. The "Japanese chestnut" I had this time felt a bit overpriced, so I should have just gotten a regular Mont Blanc. The pudding also looked delicious. Since it's in a residential area, groups of moms and elderly people who seemed to be locals were casually enjoying tea. There were about 5 tables, and when I arrived, they were empty, but by the time I left, there were people waiting in line. Despite being open for a while, it seems like the popularity hasn't waned. It seems like a shop loved by locals, but the cafe part seemed a bit understaffed. Orders were slow, forks were forgotten, and it felt a bit bothersome. With good cost performance and a wide variety, I thought I'd like to try a different cake next time I'm nearby. Thank you for the meal.
