Since stopping the buffet due to Corona, it has been about 3 years since the buffet was resumed, with a price increase from 1,814 yen (tax included) to 2,750 yen (tax included). Desserts have been simplified (there used to be cakes from affiliated stores...) and there are no longer any breads (there used to be breads from affiliated stores as well), and the overall variety has decreased. However, for this price, there is teppanyaki beef sauté served from 11:30 am to 1 pm, roast beef in the salad, homemade tofu, today's hot pot (on this day it was soy milk hot pot), thin fried natural rolls, etc. There are also other dishes such as today's fresh fish dish, Japanese side dishes, fried vegetable tempura, meatloaf, shrimp chili, thick fried tofu pork belly rolls, various tofu dishes, pasta, pizza, and rice dishes including special curry, mixed rice, and mixed rice, so the meal is satisfying enough. The seasoning is not too strong for me, but it has become slightly sweeter compared to before, and even the curry is mild. Perhaps it was adjusted for families with children and elderly customers who also visit. It's not an unpleasant sweetness, so everything suited my taste and was delicious. The seafood stir-fry with a spicy kick was too spicy for me though (^^; There was a shelf for clearing your own plates, as explained, but the staff mostly cleared them for us, so we didn't have to clear them ourselves. Although it was a 90-minute limit, I was able to enjoy this buffet for the first time in a long time in a very comfortable way. Thank you for the meal.

This is a buffet near Fukai Station in Sakai. As the name suggests, they have a wide variety of vegetable and tofu dishes. The sesame tofu and curry were delicious, but the best was the deep-fried tofu. It was freshly fried and topped with dashi, bonito flakes, green onions, and ginger. It was delicious.

I've been here a few times before, and it used to be so busy that there would be a wait. But today, we made a reservation 15 minutes before opening, and when they opened, there were only 3 groups of customers, including us. The cakes, bread, and fruits from the affiliated shops were gone, and the variety of dishes had decreased. They only had pork and chicken, no beef. I was looking forward to the teppanyaki from 11:30, but they didn't have chijimi. It would have been better to make it myself. The tempura and dashimaki were excellent. The rice, side dishes, and tofu dishes were just as delicious as before. The chef must be really skilled. However, my wife and I were there from 11 to 12:30, and the restaurant was only half full. In the past, there were many mom groups and students, but now it's mostly older customers like us. My wife and I were wondering why, and I think it's probably because of the price. They reduced the variety so much and raised the price from 1814 yen (including tax) to 2750 yen (including tax). For this price, they need to improve the quality of the food even more. The cost performance is a bit tough from the customer's perspective. I'm not sure if I'll come back again.

When asked about the best value buffet in Sakai, I would immediately answer "Natural Garden," so I went there for lunch on a weekday after it reopened on November 10th. The buffet system is the same as before, with reservations only available for the 11:00 am slot. The restaurant was about 40% full, and the buffet offerings were decent but not as varied as before. The dessert section was particularly disappointing compared to the past. The price has also increased significantly to 2750 yen. Overall, while I was glad for the reopening, I hope they can improve and regain their reputation as the best value buffet in Sakai. Thank you for the meal!

Somehow... (>_<) This restaurant is usually popular for its lunch buffet. However, due to the current situation with the coronavirus, they are now offering a choice between Western and Japanese lunch sets. I ordered one of each. The presentation of both dishes was very beautiful. It was exciting even without the buffet option, but... all the side dishes were cold. It's fine for them to be pre-made, but I wish the main stew dishes were at least warmed up. The grilled meat on the Japanese plate was also left untouched by my meat-loving husband. The staff was nowhere to be seen in the quiet dining hall. I wonder if something happened? The meal included a dessert plate, making it a very fulfilling lineup. I hope for the day when the coronavirus is under control and the restaurant regains its former lively atmosphere. Thank you for the meal.

On this day, I went out with my family for lunch at a restaurant called "Natural Garden". It is a place near Fukai's Frances that offers a buffet of natural food ingredients. Unfortunately, due to the current situation, the buffet was not available, but they had two lunch options: "Western Plate" and "Japanese Plate", both priced at 1,500 yen (excluding tax). I chose the "Japanese Plate", which was very generous in portion size with a variety of dishes. It felt a bit expensive for a plate compared to a buffet, but it was still enjoyable. The meal was so filling that I even had dessert and coffee afterwards. Thank you for the delicious meal!

I went to a restaurant in the same complex as Francfranc to buy a cake for lunch. The entrance of this restaurant also had a temperature check and automatic hand sanitizer machine, just like Francfranc. The menu was easy to decide on, with the choice between a Western set meal and a Japanese set meal. We both ordered the Western set meal for 1,500 yen excluding tax. The restaurant used to be a buffet-style restaurant, but due to COVID-19, they now serve set meals. The service was polite, and they even provided mask cases at each table. The pre-meal drink was soy milk yogurt with berry sauce, which was delicious. They also served homemade tofu with salt and various condiments. The appetizer platter looked good and was probably a selection of dishes that would have been served at the buffet. The main dish was a Western-style plate with braised pork belly and shrimp fry. The shrimp fry was tasty, and the braised pork belly was flavorful. Despite already feeling full, dessert arrived, and I was surprised at the amount of food. But I managed to finish it all and was satisfied. The total cost for two people was 3,300 yen. It was a satisfying meal. Thank you!

I visited the SHOP located next to Natural Garden and they sell a variety of carefully selected products such as bento boxes, vegetables, side dishes, and seasonings. They have unique dressings and side dish kits that are fun to look at even if you don't buy them. I came here to buy their tofu that I like... but I found some unfamiliar bento boxes! I couldn't resist because I'm weak to limited edition items. I bought the "Akane" and "Momiji" autumn taste bento boxes. It's the season for new rice, isn't it? The rice is delicious! Even when it's cold, the rice is still delicious. It's really good rice. I enjoyed each carefully made side dish and was happy to eat them. I wish I could have eaten them in a nice place with a good view. Thank you for the meal.

#takeout #stayathome #stayhome #homecooking #worklunch Natural Garden's restaurant is currently closed. However, they are selling bento boxes at a shop on the right side of the restaurant. The bento boxes are priced at 700 yen and seem to be quite popular as there are many options available. The first time, I bought the salted mackerel bento which was delicious and even included vegetable tempura. The second time, I opted for a bento with lower salt and calorie content, perfect for adults. The rice in this bento had konjac mixed in, making it a healthier option. Although it was tasty, I found myself getting a bit hungry in the evening. If you're lucky, around 6:30 pm, you might find the remaining bento boxes being sold at half price. This is just my personal tip based on passing by the shop on my way home every day. Check it out if you get the chance. Thank you for the meal! 🌟

Natural Garden ✨✨ Today I had lunch at the Natural Garden restaurant. I always rely on this place, and today I went for lunch again! The lunch is a buffet style with a focus on vegetable-based dishes. There are a lot of menu options for lunch. Even before 2 pm, the restaurant was almost full on a weekday, which surprised me! It's really amazing what President Sakamoto has achieved! I managed to get a table and decided to eat before the celebration! Let's dig in! Families are enjoying their meals. There are about 3 types of rice alone! There is a wide variety of dishes available. I went back for food about 4-5 times... I'm embarrassed how much I'm eating! The price for adults is 1680 yen, which is quite reasonable for the quality and variety. Next, I went to the neighboring Francise bakery for my daughter's cake. This place is a combination of a flower shop and a bakery, and it's very stylish. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Let's go out for a meal again sometime. I participated in a buffet for the first time starting at 5:30 pm! I skipped lunch in preparation, so I was very hungry. I started attacking the food from one end to the other! I was happy that there were a lot of vegetables and not too heavy dishes. The simmered dishes and pasta were especially delicious. And the curry too! My son went back for seconds three times. It was great that they replenished the dishes with different options when they ran out, so we didn't get bored. The presentation was beautiful and really whetted my appetite. The desserts, especially the cakes from Franchise, were also excellent. I stayed until the last minute at 7 pm and left the restaurant completely satisfied. I will definitely visit again soon. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I went to a natural garden lunch buffet a little further from Fukai Station for the first time. I had been to dinner before, but I finally went to lunch. It seemed that you could make a net reservation at 11 o'clock when it opened, but I visited after 1 o'clock, so I didn't make a reservation. First, I bought a meal ticket at a store selling bento boxes and side dishes on the right hand side. After that, I headed to the restaurant. The system had changed from before, but it became a meal ticket, so it was smooth on the way back without being crowded. I was worried that if I went to the buffet later, the food might not come out or be replenished, but there was no such thing, and all the dishes were available and there were about half of the customers, so it was just right. Probably, it seems too crowded right after opening, so you can't eat slowly. The price was 1,680 yen excluding tax for 90 minutes. There is a senior discount, so there were quite a few older ladies. There were various menus such as salmon carpaccio, pizza from a bakery called Pandoece next to it, pasta, curry, gratin, and plenty of vegetables! There are also many Japanese-style menus, so it's not too oily even after eating. A little disappointing thing is that the food is not very warm... Of course, there are hot pots placed warm, but even if they are warm when lined up from the kitchen, they soon cool down... The fried foods were tough. The cakes for dessert were also delicious, from a cake shop called Francais next to it! Shortcake, creme brulee, cookies... It was very luxurious. You can only eat for 90 minutes, so as a buffet regular, I would be happy if you could extend the time for an additional fee... I would like to visit again. Thank you for the meal!

Natural food buffet! Safe and secure! It's great to be able to eat according to your own stomach. First, the salad. Making and eating salmon carpaccio was the best. Everything I ate was delicious. I can't miss the curry! There was also roast beef. I'm grateful for this price. The cakes were from Francais. The 1 hour and 30 minutes of all-you-can-eat passed by in no time. Noteworthy was the delicious tofu! I make sure to eat salmon for health reasons. Lunch is 1500 yen for those aged 60 and above. Adults are 1680 yen and payment is made in advance. Thank you for the meal.

Buffet restaurant sandwiched between a bakery called "Pan de Esse" and a cake shop called "Francis." As all three establishments are owned by the same company, the menu also includes bread and cakes from those shops. Lunch (90 minutes / 1814.4 yen) is only available for reservation starting at 11:00. The menu boasts over 70 items, ranging from Japanese dishes like miso-grilled mackerel, pumpkin chawanmushi, chicken meatball soy milk hot pot, and sweet and sour simmered chicken wings and daikon, to Western dishes like omurice, octopus carpaccio, clam pasta, onion and chicken ketchup stir-fry, and chunky curry. The salad bar offers plenty of vegetables. For desserts, there are three types of cakes, two types of jelly, and self-serve soft-serve ice cream, currently available in cherry blossom flavor. This family-friendly restaurant even offers baby food (though it's just minced rice, tofu, and apple), and with a variety of lightly seasoned Japanese and Western dishes, it's sure to please a wide range of ages. The face-to-face sofa table seating allows for a relaxed dining experience. The food leans more towards home-cooked meals than fancy cuisine, and its simplicity may be its charm. With generous portions of meat and vegetables, you're sure to leave satisfied. On weekends, the restaurant was fully booked. Reservations are only available for the 11:00 opening time, so it's best to reserve a seat in advance.

It's a classic deliciousness. I came here after 2 weeks, feeling a bit sick, so I tried to blow away my cold with fresh vegetables and healthy ingredients. Whenever I come here, I always start with tomatoes and cucumbers. They are so fresh and juicy, I eat them slowly as a salad, thinking they must be expensive if I bought them. I also love the carpaccio. The soup is exceptional too. Two weeks ago it was burdock soup, this time it was sweet potato soup. It has a rich flavor that warms the body. The pasta has also become delicious recently. The teppanyaki grilled pork belly in front of me was also delicious. I usually don't like fatty pork belly, but this one had the excess oil removed and the umami remained. The seasonal menu has changed, and the dashi ramen has made its debut! It's refreshing and comforting. You can tell that each dish is made with good ingredients and care, so I think you can enjoy them carefully. The whipped cream served with the chiffon cake has a strong milk flavor. The soft way it's whipped makes me feel gentle. The prices are reasonable too. I weigh myself every day, but the next day I didn't gain weight! Usually, I gain weight after a buffet, so I was happy to realize it's healthy.

I went to my town's pride, the natural food buffet "Natural Garden" again. As usual, it was very popular, with over 90% of women, and it was bustling with ladies and moms with children even on weekdays during the day. The appeal of Natural Garden is the use of safe ingredients in natural food, with many dishes prepared in the store, and a great selection of popular bread and sweets from the affiliated group. The buffet (90 minutes) is a steal at 1,814 yen including tax for lunch ♡ I usually prioritize quantity over quality when it comes to food, but here, it's not just cheap, but a buffet that satisfies in terms of quality as well (^ ^) The richness of the variety of dishes that you can't finish in one go is also attractive, but this time, I enjoyed eating to my heart's content! Natural Garden is worth more than the price, highly recommended ♪ Thank you for the feast!!

Local Sakai City special feature has started. I have visited various shops in the neighborhood and will review them. This place offers a lunch buffet, but it mainly focuses on vegetables, fruits, and natural foods rather than fried foods or meat. It is a healthy buffet with mild seasoning and no overpowering flavors, making it very appealing to those who prefer such options. The location is right near Fukai Station. There is a shared parking lot with other affiliated businesses such as a bakery, cake shop, and Italian restaurant. The lunch buffet is 1680 yen excluding tax. The interior of the restaurant is not brand new but clean and bright. There is also a terrace, adding a touch of elegance. The clientele seems to be mostly women and children. I tried various dishes, and I personally found the octopus, curry, chilled corn soup, and pudding to be delicious. I think the taste and concept are very good. Even as someone who enjoys standing bars, I think it's nice to visit occasionally.

It had been 5 years since I last visited Natural Garden, which used to be my favorite restaurant when I lived in Fukai. After moving to Hyogo Prefecture, I felt like going back there. I went on a weekday and was able to get in quickly, probably because there were fewer customers due to the nearby Setsubun festival. The dishes made with vegetables that I wouldn't have thought of myself were healthy and delicious! It was a bit disappointing that many dishes were served cold, but the cakes were delicious from the nearby Francfranc cake shop. I didn't try the bread, which is said to be from a nearby bakery. The dessert from the cake shop at the buffet for adults cost 1834 yen including tax, and I was very satisfied! I wish there was one near my house.
