A new restaurant, Ashiya Tengayu, has opened on the 2nd floor of Festival Tower in Nakanoshima. I had the luxury tendon for lunch, which costs 2,400 yen. It includes anago, shrimp, dashimaki, nori, and okra tempura. The taste and presentation were elegant. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also quite high-class.

I visited this shop for the first time at the irregular Nakanoshima Senbero event. It seems that it has only been open for about two months, with the Ashiya main store and the Lucua store being the third store. The tempura is fried right in front of you and is of good quality, with a light texture that makes you feel like you could eat as much as you want. The horse mackerel and shiso leaf roll was especially delicious. I wonder if it's usually expensive. I would like to visit again during regular hours.
