I added a generous amount of pickled ginger prepared on the table to the beef bowl, giving it a visually appealing presentation. I sprinkled some shichimi spice on top and enjoyed the thin slices of beef with the slightly sweet sauce. I thought about ordering miso soup as well, but the staff remained in the back and I felt hesitant to call out to them, so I held back. I quickly devoured the beef bowl and it was delicious. It made me feel like I truly experienced the vibrant atmosphere of Minami once again.

After finishing work, I had it for dinner. This particular branch has a lot of regular customers, and the service is quick - my order arrived in about 5 minutes. Yoshinoya has released a new menu item, Sukiyaki Donburi for 860 yen, so I went to try it. This new menu item is a high-end option that can only be found at Yoshinoya locations inside the National Diet Building or Haneda Airport, priced at 1240 yen. I have tried the Gyudon at Haneda Airport before and it was quite delicious. The Sukiyaki Donburi this time had slightly tougher meat, in my opinion. It comes with miso soup, small pickles, and an egg. The meat used is sirloin, and it has a bit more meat than a regular Gyudon. The amount of rice is the same as a regular Gyudon.

After leaving the Okachimachi area and arriving at Dotonbori, I decided to stop by Yoshinoya on Midosuji street for a drink. It's been a while since I went to Yoshinoya! I ordered the Curry Nabe Gohan and Half-Cooked Egg. It's like the beef bowl but in curry version. It has decent portion and tastes good, but I think Yoshinoya is best known for its regular beef bowl. I also tried a bite of the Cheese Butadon, which uses two types of cheese and has a nice aroma. Yoshinoya has been adding more toppings and being more innovative, which I appreciate. The beef at Yoshinoya has a rich flavor, so it's satisfying to eat. I recommend Yoshinoya!

Today, I went to Yoshinoya for the first time in a while and was greeted by a very friendly female staff member (maybe she just started working there again?). She refilled my water when it was running low, which was a nice gesture that made me feel good after a long time.
