Hello, it's Tsuneo! I went to my favorite yakiniku restaurant, Ning, and this time I tried their a la carte menu. As a fan of Ning, I was thrilled to see they added a la carte options! Here's what I had: - Yukhoe: It was incredibly fresh and delicious! I was impressed by how good it was. - Kimchi assortment: As always, the yam kimchi was my favorite. - Liver: It was fresh and had no unpleasant smell. Cook it well! - Satsuma beef [Ultimate] thick-cut negi-wrapped tongue: The outside was crispy and the inside was tender and juicy. - Wagyu Chateaubriand: It was so tender that you could chew it without teeth. Very delicious! - Upper mino with sauce: The texture was great. - Thinly sliced pork belly or kalbi: A must-eat for meat lovers! - White omasum: I remembered it at the last minute, and even though I was full, it was still delicious. The quality of the meat here is top-notch, like an Olympics of meat! If you order a course, it's around 15,000 yen, but if you order a la carte, you can eat to your heart's content and drink freely for around 10,000 yen. The quality here is truly exceptional, and the cost performance is great! I really love this place! I was able to enjoy my meal while having a fun conversation with the staff at the counter seats! They showed me the meat they were going to prepare and even surprised me with a celebration plate. The meat was incredibly delicious and melted in my mouth. I definitely want to go back again!

I went to the affordable and delicious yakiniku restaurant Ning's annex. It is located in the popular area of Nishi-Temma. They have a specialty dish called thick-cut negi-wrapped tongue. Since it is an annex, they offer rare cuts and high-quality ingredients on the menu. The restaurant is still new, so the drink service and overall service are improving. I plan to visit again next time and look forward to it.
