My wife requested steak for her birthday, so my daughter found this restaurant for us. It's just a short taxi ride from Juso Station. The restaurant is located on the top floor of an old hotel. It would be a great place to watch fireworks. They cook shrimp and meat right in front of you, which really increases your appetite. We went for a relatively cheap course, so the meat quality was just okay. The shrimp was delicious though. My wife was happy, so it was a good choice.

Happy birthday to my husband! We wanted to have a gourmet night out, so we visited the highly recommended teppanyaki restaurant, Aosaka. Aosaka is located a 5-minute walk from Juso Station on the 19th floor of Hotel Plaza Osaka. The restaurant offers a stunning panoramic night view, perfect for watching the summer Yodogawa Fireworks Festival. We were both nervous until we were seated, but the relaxing atmosphere and the Anniversary Plan dishes got us excited. We enjoyed sparkling wine, tomato granita with olive oil, seasonal appetizers, steamed lobster, and a choice between Omi beef fillet and Saga beef sirloin. The garlic rice and seasonal vegetables were also delicious. The dessert of fig and mascarpone milk was the perfect way to end the meal. The whole experience was amazing, and we left feeling incredibly satisfied.

Thirteen Station Nearest Osaka, Osaka, Yodogawa-ku, Shinkitano 1-9-15 Hotel Plaza Osaka 19F 17:00-23:00 Meeting with Mr. Osaka On this special day, I wanted to have a different dinner experience, so a friend recommended a delicious teppanyaki restaurant on the 19th floor of Hotel Plaza Osaka, a 5-7 minute walk from Hankyu Juso Station. And so, I arrived at Mr. Osaka's restaurant. As soon as I entered the entrance of Hotel Plaza Osaka, I felt the luxury atmosphere, and I was a bit nervous if it was okay to enter! Then, I took the elevator to the top floor and was greeted by the staff, who led me to the counter seats with a teppanyaki grill in front. The counter seats were amazing, with a fantastic night view right in front of the teppanyaki grill. This place is highly recommended for special occasions like anniversaries, birthdays, or any memorable day. From this seat, you can enjoy the night view of famous places in Osaka (such as Universal Studios and Tempozan) all to yourself, or with your loved one. Also, during the summer, you can even see the Yodogawa Fireworks from here, a prime spot! The special dinner began in the best location possible. Having the teppanyaki grill in front of you means... a luxurious time where the chef cooks right in front of you. The excitement and freshness are indescribable. We started with a toast of sparkling wine, which was perfect for the hot day. The amuse-bouche of tomato granita was refreshing with its icy texture. Then, the appetizer salad with sudachi foam and seasonal muscat grapes was delightful. The assortment of dishes that followed, such as abalone teppanyaki, grilled lobster, and premium beef fillet and sirloin, were all incredibly delicious. The chef's skill in grilling the meat to perfection enhanced the flavors of the ingredients. The special garlic rice and the dessert of fig and mascarpone mille-feuille with caramel ice cream were also outstanding. And as a surprise, a whole cake appeared as part of the anniversary plan course, which was a delightful ending to the meal. Overall, the hospitality of the chef and staff at Mr. Osaka's restaurant was exceptional, and I left feeling grateful and satisfied. I would love to visit again for another special occasion. It was truly a luxurious day.

Enjoy a luxurious atmosphere with a view of Osaka's night view from a private room at the top floor of Hotel Plaza Osaka, at "Osaka" restaurant! Last time I visited, I indulged in teppanyaki cuisine in a stylish space. This time, I came to try the French course instead of teppanyaki! The restaurant is about a 10-minute walk from the west exit of Juso Station. Both the exterior and interior exude a high-class feel. There were a few foreign customers as well. Last time, I sat at the counter seat with a teppanyaki grill in front of me, but this time, I had a completely private room! A spacious private room with a view of Osaka's night view from outside, all to myself! Watching the Yodogawa Fireworks Festival from here would be an amazing experience! Reservations are required for the fireworks festival day, and there is a special fee on that day. Perfect for a slightly more luxurious date, anniversary, birthday, etc.! It is said that some people have proposed here. Wouldn't it be wonderful to be proposed to in such a lovely place? I ordered the French course this time! First, we toasted with white wine. The first dish was Mongou squid with basil oil dressing! The appearance is beautiful, with the green of peas, the white of squid, and the red of red-core radish, creating a colorful dish. The Mongou squid has a sticky texture and a slightly sweet taste. It paired well with the saltiness of French caviar! Next was foie gras and roasted duck! Foie gras was a whole piece, cooked luxuriously. The taste was exquisite, with the rich and aromatic flavor of foie gras melting in the mouth, leaving only the aftertaste. The roasted duck had no peculiar smell and was easy to eat. It had a firm texture, and the flavor of the duck spread with each bite! On the side was a beautifully and artistically arranged apple galette. It was delicious with a crispy texture and a sweet finish with granulated sugar. Next was sautéed lobster and asparagus! Following foie gras, there was lobster! It was surprising to have a series of high-quality ingredients. Sautéed asparagus and chestnuts were served on the side. The sauce on top of the lobster was an American sauce made from lobster shells! When eaten with the sauce, the flavor and aroma of the lobster spread in the mouth, making it delicious! The main dish was grilled Omi beef with winter truffles! On top were five luxurious slices of winter truffles! The green sauce was a mustard basil sauce. When eaten with Omi beef and truffles, the taste was unlike anything I had ever experienced! The juicy taste of Omi beef and the rich aroma of truffles harmonized with each other without interfering, bringing out the best of each! The dessert after the meal was seasonal fruits and black sugar ice cream. The white strawberries were a variety called "Danshu" strawberries, sweeter than regular red strawberries and delicious! The black sugar ice cream had a gentle sweetness, perfect for a post-meal dessert! You could choose between tea or coffee. I chose hot coffee. The coffee cup here has a super cute design! I'll definitely buy it someday, haha. Last time it was teppanyaki, but this time the French cuisine was exquisite! The spacious private room is perfect for dates, anniversaries, and special occasions! It was a special space where you could feel a sense of exclusivity! I can't go there often, but it's a restaurant I want to visit for a special treat once in a while!

This time, I splurged on a private course meal instead of the counter seat with a teppanyaki grill in front of me! I can't contain my excitement. The seat is surrounded by glass, offering a full view of the night scenery outside! I know, I should have mentioned this earlier. On the day I visited, there was a special fee, but it's always fully booked every year. So, when reservations open for next year, you should hurry and make a booking. Course meal highlights: - Mongouika with basil oil and French caviar: This dish brings out the umami of Mongouika with a fragrant basil oil and rare French caviar on top. The colorful vegetables are not just for decoration, they are delicious too! - Foie gras and pan-fried duck with apple galette: The second dish features juicy and delicious duck. The foie gras is huge and luxurious. The apple galette has a beautiful form and a perfect balance of sweetness and crispy texture. - Pan-fried blue lobster with celeriac puree and chestnuts: The European blue jewel, top-grade blue lobster, is incredibly delicious! The cooking is superb, and the chef really knows how to bring out the best in the ingredients. - Omi beef teppanyaki with French winter truffle: As the name suggests, thick slices of beef with fragrant truffle on top. The meat is incredibly delicious, and the mustard basil sauce is too good. - Creme brulee and homemade ice cream: The creme brulee is delicious, but the homemade ice cream is made with black sugar! It's my favorite! I end the meal with tea, feeling very satisfied. I haven't been able to visit recently, but I really want to go again. Please consider using it for special occasions or entertaining guests. It's a hidden gem that's hard to come by!

I live pretty close to Juso, so it's within biking distance. I can't indulge in luxury every time, but when it comes to luxury, it's gotta be teppanyaki! I made a reservation with my gourmet best friend and went. Juso seems less crowded compared to the past, but it was lively on this day. The teppanyaki restaurant Aosaka on the top floor of the Plaza Osaka hotel exuded a sense of luxury, making me nervous. I decided not to drink alcohol today and just enjoy the food, but I couldn't resist and ended up toasting with sparkling wine! (*'ω'*) The atmosphere got to me. The appetizers were amazing. First, a delicacy of karasumi wrapped in black radish. I was surprised when I tasted it. The balanced flavors were impressive. The delicate taste made the deliciousness of karasumi even more apparent. It was a feast of caviar and eggs. Sweetness and saltiness came in turns. Delicious! The sauce on the foie gras was strawberry confit. I ate it with a dessert-like feeling, but the sauce didn't interfere with the richness of the foie gras. It was actually easier to eat with this sauce, and it was delicious. The truffle-scented soup had a deeply refined taste. The harmony of flavors made me want to drink more of this wonderful soup. A live spiny lobster appeared. When it came back next, the shell was peeled off, and it was still moving. Then it was cooked on the teppan. It was so fresh! The chef skillfully prepared it with practiced hands. It was served right in front of me. Wow! It was so plump and delicious! The sauce made from the shell was also delicious, so I dipped a lot and enjoyed it. Then the meat appeared! The flow of the main dishes was amazing. The fillet and sirloin were high-grade cuts of Omi beef. It was amazing. The meat being grilled in front of me whetted my appetite. It was skillfully sliced and served as medium-rare meat right in front of me. Let's eat! It was tender! It was so delicious! (Exciting~) I thought I was already full, but the chef came back and started making garlic rice. The aroma was so good that my appetite revived! I mixed dashi soy sauce with the rice first, and then added garlic soy sauce at the end. The aroma was truly wonderful and delicious. Of course, it was incredibly delicious. Pickles and miso soup made from the head of the spiny lobster appeared. It was a satisfying rice set to finish the meal. It was also delicious. There was a little meat attached, so I enjoyed it again. Then came the dessert. The strawberry sherbet was incredibly delicious, and the fruit was just right. Finally, I had some tea, which was served in a cute Noritake cup. The coffee cup was even cuter. The staff took great care of us the whole time, and I truly felt the difference of a high-end restaurant. The restaurant had counter seats where you could enjoy a live feeling, with glass-enclosed private rooms in front. I heard that in summer, you can see the Yodogawa fireworks beautifully, so I thought it would be hard to get a reservation. Food isn't just limited to Umeda or Namba; there are plenty of delicious restaurants near the station, so when traveling, it's nice to stay in areas like Juso and experience the local deliciousness!

The New Year's party was slow. We used it as a group. The night view from the 19th floor of the hotel was amazing. It was a course menu with all-you-can-drink option. First, we had a starter of sea urchin pudding. It was served in a stylish glass with plenty of sea urchin on top. Very nice. We toasted with sparkling wine along with Mr. Elai's greetings. Next, we had cuttlefish sashimi with tapenade. The tapenade had a nice flavor of olives and anchovies, giving it an Italian touch that matched well with the cuttlefish. The turnip soup was elegant and flavorful. Turnip soup is the best for winter. We also had a salad. Then, we enjoyed the grilled American sauce red snapper on a hot plate. It was crispy and delicious, a true representation of teppanyaki. Finally, the main course was a 120-gram fillet steak of black-haired Japanese beef with five kinds of sauces. Of course, it was grilled right in front of us, and it seemed like they served me a bit more generously, perhaps knowing I'm a big eater. It came with grilled vegetables. For dessert, we had garlic rice, red miso soup, pickles, ice cream, and coffee. The meal started with sparkling wine and was followed by an all-you-can-drink option. The food alone was around 10,000 yen per person including tax, so the all-you-can-drink fee was added on top of that.
