After a live concert at Kyocera Dome, I made a stop to grab some beer. I decided to get takoyaki and negiyaki (a dish similar to Akashiyaki) as snacks at Gindaco. The beer was a Malt's. The Akashiyaki-style dish came with grated daikon radish and was surprisingly delicious, I really enjoyed it. The takoyaki with sauce was consistently tasty. There aren't many Gindaco locations in Osaka city, so I decided I would come back here again to eat.

I saw "Tsukiji Gindako" at the food court in the shopping mall. I always thought it was strange to have Tsukiji in Osaka, so I ignored it. But since I hadn't used the store on the 3rd floor of the dome, I decided to try it for the first time. The store is located next to aisle 4 on the infield side of first base, and the staff (all men) are energetically calling people in, which is a good impression. They have a few appetizers in addition to takoyaki, so I thought about getting some potatoes, but I decided I had to have takoyaki. I had the Spicy W Consomme 6 pieces for 680 yen. The takoyaki was crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. It was topped with sauce, spicy powder, a mayo sauce similar to tartar sauce with large pieces of boiled egg, and fried tempura bits. I couldn't really taste the spiciness, so I think the standard sauce mayo is the best. It was my first time trying Gindako, but I prefer the nearby Jumbo or Sora Hori Takoya.

I went there after a long time! I feel like there used to be more options, but it seems to have decreased in Kansai... I ordered takoyaki with teritama topping, which has green onions on it! Just eating takoyaki alone is crispy! But it wasn't creamy. I couldn't really taste the teriyaki sauce... The one with green onions had daikon radish in the broth! It's like Akashiyaki! It seemed more delicious when I had it before... I guess it has to be sauce and mayonnaise after all, haha. Thank you for the meal!

I watched a baseball game at Kyocera Dome Osaka. As the game was coming to an end, alcohol sales were limited to the 7th inning due to the current situation, so I decided to secure my last drink early. The final stadium food of the day was from a shop located on the 1st base side of the 3rd row in the infield seats. It was a branch of the nationwide takoyaki chain, Gindaco. In addition to regular takoyaki, they also offered a limited edition menu exclusive to Kyocera Dome Osaka. I purchased the Spicy W Consomme takoyaki for 680 yen. The takoyaki was crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, topped with sauce, egg yolk mayonnaise sauce, and fried tempura bits. The combination of the spicy sauce and egg yolk mayonnaise was surprisingly good, and the tempura bits added a unique texture. The takoyaki itself was delicious, and although the Spicy W Consomme takoyaki was a bit unconventional, it was not bad at all. I would like to try the other limited edition menu, Negi Pon Mayo, next time.

I used it for dinner this time. I was undecided on what to order, but this time I purchased the limited edition Yuzu-scented Negi Ponmayo (6 pieces) only available at Kyocera Dome Osaka. There was a line of customers at the store. Purchased items: Yuzu-scented Negi Ponmayo (6 pieces) 710 yen. The Yuzu-scented Negi Ponmayo had takoyaki with ponzu sauce, mayonnaise, yuzu, and green onions on top. It had a delicious taste, but I was concerned that the takoyaki became mushy with the ponzu sauce. The staff's customer service was also unenthusiastic and lacked a business-like impression. It is a takoyaki shop located inside Kyocera Dome Osaka.

I sat near the Gin Dako stall, so the seat was relatively empty and the portion size was just right to satisfy my hunger. The takoyaki was delicious because it was served piping hot.

This is a takoyaki shop inside Kyocera Dome. I ordered the Yuzu-scented Negi Pon Mayonnaise flavor, which is exclusive to Kyocera Dome. The waiting time was not long as they seasoned the already made takoyaki quickly. They served it efficiently. Thank you for the meal.

While watching the Orix game, is it Osaka-like to eat takoyaki? Takoyaki is only available in a set of 6, and regular point cards are not applicable. The use of electronic money is also limited, so please be aware that it is different from regular stores. Of course, the taste of takoyaki is the same, with a crispy outside and a soft inside. If you want to earn points, you can go to Gindaco in the nearby Aeon food court.

At the Hanshin game. Before talking about the taste... slow! It took 20 minutes just to place an order, and almost 5 minutes to receive the food. I couldn't even see the national anthem or the first pitch. The staff on site were doing their best, but with only 5-6 people, it was too much. They put too much oil in trying to cook quickly, and the takoyaki was not just "crispy on the outside" like at Gindako, it was too crispy. I hope the shops inside Hanshin Koshien Stadium can learn from this.
