A hidden gem on Tosabori Street. Located on the seventh floor, it may not stand out, but offers a stunning night view as seen in magazines. Visited with a friend, but now I want to bring my partner here. The menu has a limited selection of wines and drinks. I tried the white wine by the glass and was pleasantly surprised by its rich flavor. I ordered the recommended Parma Prosciutto and was asked how many slices I wanted. I opted for 10 slices, which were thinly sliced and melted in my mouth, with a balance of cheese-like richness and a refreshing sweetness from the fat. The red wine by the glass was also well-balanced and easy to drink, complementing the Menchi Katsu we ordered. The Menchi Katsu was delicious, juicy and paired perfectly with the fresh demi-glace sauce. The chef, who gained experience in Kita-Shinchi, is also a sommelier, explaining the exceptional quality of the wine. I look forward to returning for dinner, perhaps with a female companion next time. The restaurant is still new, but I've found a place to look forward to.
