My regular favorite okonomiyaki restaurant nearby. The energetic manager and young staff members. All the flour dishes are delicious! They serve them piping hot on the hot plate. Especially the pork okonomiyaki is fantastic, perfect with a highball. They have a wide variety of drinks to pair with, and the taste is great. The restaurant is new and clean, with private rooms on the second floor. Highly recommended for those who love flour dishes. I will definitely visit again!

I went to Yumeura Shin-Fukae store! I had been curious for a while and finally got to go! They offer a variety of dishes such as okonomiyaki, yakisoba, and small plates, which go well with drinks! The okonomiyaki and yakisoba are brought to you once they are ready! Everything is delicious and the portions are quite generous, so I recommend going with a few people and sharing different dishes! They also have various promotions, such as the 1100 yen all-you-can-drink deal on weekdays when I visited, which was a great deal! I definitely want to go back!

I had known about this restaurant since it opened, but this was my first time visiting. The interior had three 6-person tables and four 4-person tables, with 5 staff members working. Despite the state of emergency due to COVID-19, the restaurant seemed to be quite popular with almost full seating. The yakisoba had a lot of squid, more than I've ever had before, but I felt there was not enough pork. It was served on a hot iron plate, keeping it piping hot. The area around Fuse is known for its many okonomiyaki and yakisoba restaurants, and this place seemed to be a popular choice in a competitive area. While many famous places use thick noodles like Ebi Dai Go, this restaurant used regular Chinese noodles, but they were delicious with the toppings and sauce. I ordered Oolong tea at first, but later wished I had chosen cola instead, as most people seemed to be drinking water. During lunchtime, rice and miso soup were included as a service, so I ordered a small portion of rice. The miso soup was full of ingredients and much tastier than the miso soup at gyudon chains. After finishing my meal, I looked for paper napkins or tissue to wipe the sauce off my mouth, but unfortunately, they were not visible. They did have cloth hand towels available.

Now, let's order. "Extra-large yakisoba with pork and squid topping." Lunch comes with rice and miso soup. The rice is in a large bowl! The sizzling sound on the hot plate as they stir-fry the vegetables and meat. The aroma gradually fills the air. It's ready! Here comes the dish. The rice is a large serving! The miso soup is hot and just right. The beaten egg adds a nice touch. Let's dig in to the yakisoba. Mmm, the flavor is normal. I wanted some spiciness, so I sprinkled some shichimi spice. Ah, that's better. I enjoyed the large serving of rice while devouring the dish. It felt like there were two portions of noodles. It was so much, and I was completely satisfied. Of course, I finished everything cleanly. The cost performance is good, and the service is friendly. I'm already planning to come again during a free time. Thank you for the meal. Ra-mura HP: Established in April 1987 near the Minamitsukumo Station, the popular okonomiyaki restaurant has opened its second branch, this Shin Fukae shop, on March 8, 2021. It is located where Niku no Suehiro used to operate. The shop has clean and beautiful interiors with both 1st and 2nd floor seating available.

Ordered the Buta-Modern, which is a basic plain okonomiyaki with added toppings of pork and noodles. During lunchtime, rice and miso soup are served as a complimentary side. The okonomiyaki is served hot and has a good texture, not too fluffy but just right. The cabbage adds a nice crunch, and the noodles are slightly chewy and flavorful. The sauce may be a bit lacking towards the end as it is served with less sauce. The rice for lunch service comes in three sizes, and the medium portion was just right in terms of volume.

Located near the bustling Shin Fukae intersection where Sangyo-doro, Chitose-dori, and the Uchikanso line intersect, this okonomiyaki restaurant opened in March 2021 at the former site of Niku no Suehiro. The main branch near Minamitsukumo Station has been a popular local spot since its establishment in 1987, and this Shin Fukae branch has been recently opened as a new addition. The restaurant has been beautifully renovated and looks very clean. I visited for lunch, and although the menu is similar to the dinner menu, lunch includes complimentary rice and miso soup. The ordering system of adding toppings to a plain okonomiyaki can be a bit confusing as it's hard to decide what toppings to choose. Despite this, the taste was good, and the service was also quite pleasant. I believe that with some improvements, this restaurant has the potential to become even better.

This okonomiyaki restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes which is great! Everything is delicious, from okonomiyaki to yakisoba, and it's fun to customize your toppings. The staff, whether they are full-time employees or part-timers, are all extremely friendly. It's clear that the restaurant values good customer service when hiring their staff.

Okonomiyaki and yakisoba were delicious, of course, but other menu items were also tasty. The mixed yakisoba was hearty with shrimp, octopus, and squid, and the thick noodles were satisfying. The exterior and interior of the restaurant were bright and clean, and it was bustling with customers. The spacious interior, including a second floor, made it comfortable to stay. The staff were mostly cheerful and attractive, and the service and customer service were good.
