The homemade menu seemed limited, but all the necessary items were available. The breakfast at the business hotel included smoked salmon, minestrone, Osaka-style okonomiyaki, and mixed juice, which showed attention to detail. The female staff members were all friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant on the day I visited because it was not crowded.

I stayed at this hotel due to the Super Hotel in Higobashi being fully booked during my business trip to Osaka. Although it was quite far from Higobashi, the next morning I confirmed that it was conveniently located near Kitahama Station. The hotel was still in the process of opening, but it was quite convenient considering this. The Simmons bed mattress was firm, which was great for my bad back, and the bed width of 140cm was also a standard that I appreciated. An air purifier was provided in the room, which was good for those sensitive to dry throat.
For breakfast the next day, I went to the restaurant on the first floor. Like many hotels in recent times, it was crowded with travelers from overseas. One drawback of this new hotel was the waiting time for breakfast. From 7:00-8:00, there were always more than 10 people waiting in front of the restaurant. The breakfast was buffet style, and there were plenty of counter seats available for solo diners. The food selection was decent, with a variety of Japanese and Western dishes. The taste was not bad, and the replenishment of dishes was quick. The price for breakfast alone was 1,300 yen, which was reasonable considering the quality of the food.
Overall, the price for a stay with breakfast included ranged from 10,000 to 12,000 yen (excluding tax), which was acceptable considering the location in Osaka. The increase in overseas travelers in recent years has caused some inconvenience, but the hotel still provided a satisfactory experience.

It seems like the hotel is still new and recently opened. The location is close to the station and surprisingly quiet. The facilities are modern and clean. The room amenities are basic but you can also pick up additional items in the lobby. The room comes with an air purifier with a humidifier, creating a good sleeping environment. However, the walls seem to be thin as the noise from the next room was surprisingly bothersome. I had to complain to the front desk about the noise late at night. Moving on to breakfast, it is buffet style. The restaurant is not very spacious, so it can get crowded at times. There are many counter seats available, possibly for solo diners. They offer a decent variety of Japanese and Western dishes, including takoyaki and okonomiyaki since it's in Osaka. The selection of bread was good and the coffee was available for takeout. There were limited options for juice and fruit, but overall, it was satisfactory.
