A revolving sushi restaurant with its main branch in Hakodate. There are also several branches in the Kanto region, such as Yokohama Bayside, Shiodome, Toranomon, and Fujisawa. I made a reservation for 18:30. Although they don't guarantee seating, they prioritize those with reservations. When I arrived, there were many people waiting, but they seated us right away haha. It's better to make a reservation. Even when we left at 20:00, there were still about 10 people waiting. The prices may be a bit high for revolving sushi, but the quality is worth it! It's similar to Kanazawa Maimon Sushi, right? Every piece of sushi was delicious! It's almost comparable to a local sushi shop, right? Well, there might be differences in the rice and sushi making, but it's satisfying enough! The bill came to 9,075 yen. It's not cheap, but considering I had 14 plates and also enjoyed Kubota Manju sake, it's a good deal! Here's what we had: Live squid sushi, King salmon, Fresh bonito, Tamago, Lean tuna, Saltwater eel, Sea urchin, Negitoro (chopped tuna with green onions), Amberjack seared, Marinated mackerel, Negitoro (chopped tuna with green onions), Shima aji (striped jack), Lean tuna roll, and drinks: Draft beer, Hakodate Bugyo Goryokaku, Kubota Manju.
