I suddenly had a craving for ham and eggs, so I visited this restaurant. I originally went to the Nishishin branch, but it was closed. Luckily, this branch had just enough ham and cheese left, and the customer after me had to wait 15 minutes for their order. Phew! Ham and eggs are really delicious! It's a taste I've been enjoying since I was a child, so it feels nostalgic. I have a feeling I'll suddenly crave it again soon (laughs). Thank you for the meal.

I suddenly had a strong craving for Mucchan Manju, so I visited the shop. It's a soul food in Fukuoka, right? When it comes to Mucchan Manju, I always go for the Ham Egg without hesitation. This time, I ordered the Ham Egg and Custard. The Mucchan Manju was served piping hot. The special mayonnaise with ham, egg, and cabbage tasted amazing. In the second picture, I cut it open. There are other options, but I always end up choosing the Ham Egg again. I'll probably end up eating the Ham Egg again next time too!

I took a chance and opened the door and asked how many I could buy. I said I wanted one ham and egg and one custard, and the owner said, "Sure, here you go." The owner mentioned that many people buy in bulk, so they sometimes have to prepare more on the spot. Indeed, a customer came in asking if they could buy 30 at once. I bought the ham and egg and enjoyed it on a bench in the nearby park. It tasted just as good. By the way, in February and March, they have a limited edition chocolate flavor. They also have gratin and a special flavor called "Mucchan Manju" during that time. I also bought 3 more ham and egg to enjoy at home after toasting them. A few minutes' walk from Beppu Station, I happened to pass by and couldn't resist my first visit in ages to "Mucchan"! I'm a fan of the ham and egg sandwich, so I naturally bought one and headed to a bench in a nearby park to dig in! I occasionally eat here. I think the first time I tried it was about 20 years ago when I was living in Kurume. A junior colleague went to Hakata and brought it to my house on a day off. I still remember it clearly. This time, I went to Beppu. This is my second time here. I always get the ham and eggs at Muccham Manju. Without hesitation, I always order the Ham Egg. It comes with plenty of cabbage, mayonnaise, ham, and egg. You have to be careful when eating it because the egg tends to overflow. By the way, "Tonton" and "Gorogoro-chan" were added to the menu about 5-6 years ago. There was a large mayonnaise jar on the counter. I wonder if they always had that? When I asked the staff, they said they use this mayonnaise. Apparently, they also sell it, but it's too big and doesn't sell well. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal.
