I went around 2 pm on Sunday. It was the middle day of a three-day weekend, and with the Hanshin Tigers winning sale, the restaurant was full. I had to wait for about 15 minutes before getting a seat. I thought I would be waiting in line for a long time since there were still people behind me. I ordered the special portion of sauce yakisoba, potato mochi cheese balls, and a medium-sized draft beer. The yakisoba at Fuzuki is incredibly delicious! The chewy texture is amazing! It's always delicious no matter when you eat it! The potato mochi cheese balls are also a favorite of mine. The hot and chewy inside with the gooey cheese is addictive! Please try it once. Today, there was a Hanshin Tigers winning sale with 8 times the points and half-price draft beer! It seems to be until tomorrow (the 18th). If you come to Osaka Station, please stop by!

I ordered various stir-fried dishes (cooked by ourselves), cheese tonpeiyaki, Fugetsuyaki, and even Fugetsuyaki soba (which has everything in it). They all came out in order, and they cooked the okonomiyaki skillfully. It's just delicious. One thing I think about Fugetsu is that I wish they would add more toppings!! I always feel like there are not many Tsuruhashi specialties available. I wonder if it's difficult to expand the menu if they open more branches. Thank you for the meal!

Every time I return to Osaka, I always make sure to visit Tsuruhashi Fugetsu. I've loved it since my high school days when I used to frequent the main store in Tsuruhashi. I always order the Butatama Modern. Today, I'm enjoying it alone at the Grand Building in Umeda. It's still delicious as ever. The view is also nice. However, the care of the teppan here is not the best, I prefer the teppan at the original store to be sparkling clean.

I went around 1 pm on a regular day. Luckily, I was seated by the window without having to wait. The restaurant was about 80% full. The view from the window, as shown in the photo, was amazing! According to the staff, it's even more beautiful at night. Enjoy Kansai-style okonomiyaki and yakisoba while looking at the Osaka scenery! The yakisoba at Kaze Tsuki is chewy and delicious! The potato mochi cheese ball is fluffy inside and melts in your mouth! Be careful not to burn yourself (lol). I came back again within a week. Thank you for the meal.

Booked a seat with a great view. It's possible even on the day itself depending on availability. The view is not particularly high, but the cost performance is great. The taste is just right, Osaka-style okonomiyaki with mayonnaise on top. The staff who cooked it were from various countries, but provided polite service. Overall, very satisfying.

This time, I was okay with any seat, so I was seated right away. I ordered the yakisoba special with extra cheese and pork balls. It had been a while since I had been to Fuzuki, but it was still delicious!! If you want to enjoy Kansai's famous okonomiyaki while looking at the view of Umeda, I highly recommend this restaurant. I visited this restaurant for lunch during my trip to Osaka on the weekend. We arrived around 11:15 and although the window seats were full, we were able to sit down smoothly. I ordered mochi cheese, tonpeiyaki, yakisoba, and negiyaki. They cooked everything for us, so my friend and I could enjoy a leisurely conversation. It was a great way to experience Osaka.

The restaurant on the 29th floor of Hankyu 32nd Street has an amazing view! The teppanyaki menu is delicious! Both okonomiyaki and modern yaki are tasty! The yakisoba is also delicious! The restaurant is clean and the staff cooks skillfully. I recommend the frozen sour drink! I can't remember how many refills of sour I asked for!

Working in Osaka Umeda, I went to "Tsukishoku" in Hankyu Grand Building 32nd floor for the first time in many years. Ordered "Ikadama Modern Yaki" for ¥1,270, with bonito flakes and mayonnaise on top. I prefer having them on. They cook it at the table here, which I had forgotten about. The noodles are thick and crispy when cooked, delicious. Despite being in Osaka, famous restaurants have become more expensive. Well, they are big and filling, so it's understandable.

Set A costs 3910 yen (shared among 3 people) - Situation - Visited on Sunday around 13:00. Waited for one group in front of us, entered the restaurant 5 minutes later - Couple points - Dishes are shareable. - Taste, etc. - Okonomiyaki and yakisoba are made in front of you by the staff. They ask if you want mayonnaise on top. The staff seems unable to speak English, so it might be a bit challenging for foreign tourists. The okonomiyaki and yakisoba were delicious, and sharing them makes it a reasonable price, so we were very satisfied - Other - Cashless payment available (various cards, paypay, see photo). Wet tissues provided. Restroom available in the building shared with other businesses. The location might be hard to find, so surprisingly not too crowded. Wait time displayed on the first floor.

Hankyu Grand Building 32nd Street, or rather a sky garden dining, is perhaps a more accurate description. It was packed with tourists during the spring break, and there was a 10-minute wait. I was seated at a prime window seat with an amazing view. I ordered the Pork Tamamodern for 1240 yen. I had tried the Cheese Modern at another branch before and thought I didn't need the cheese, so I opted for the regular Modern. The staff expertly cooked it for me, flipping it over and spreading mayonnaise and sauce before sprinkling plenty of seaweed on top. The crispy sauce complemented the dough well, and the finely chopped pork was easy to cut with a spatula. The noodles were chewy. The Modern Yaki had a generous portion, and I left feeling satisfied. While reservations are not accepted, the wonderful view from the window makes it a great place to enjoy Osaka. If you are interested in this restaurant, please consider saving this post. Thank you!

To Wind and Moon on the 29th floor of Grandvill. The restaurant is almost full. It's a popular place. I had the mixed yakisoba, Wind and Moon yakisoba, tonpei yakisoba, and squid yakisoba. The soba was really good. The mixed yakisoba with thick noodles made from boiled noodles has a seafood flavor and just the right amount of sauce that makes it really delicious. Even with the Wind and Moon yakisoba, it's still soba. I still think that modern yakisoba is tastier than regular okonomiyaki. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal!

I don't usually stop by here, but I chose this place as a taste of Osaka for my friend who came from afar. I prioritized the location being easy to find and the ability to make a reservation. They provided a seat with a beautiful night view by the window, which was a decent start. The okonomiyaki is cooked well by the staff, so you don't have to worry about the taste, but eating it at the restaurant is really delicious. The soba noodles in the modern-yaki have a thick and satisfying texture. The seating area is not very spacious, so it might be just right for 2-3 people. It may not look good with four older men. The prices are not cheap, but for our group of almost sixty-year-olds, the portion size wasn't a concern. I realized that 70% of the total bill was for drinks when we paid.

Visited a restaurant in Osaka for New Year's greetings to my wife's relatives. Ordered their specialty "Fugutsuyaki" and "Yakisoba". The staff here cook everything for you, so you always get delicious okonomiyaki. My wife had the modern version, while others had the regular one. The texture was fluffy and the flavor was enhanced by the bonito flakes sprinkled before flipping it over. This time, I had a late lunch at this building while shopping at Hankyu. It was 3:00 pm, so most of the shops were closed for a break and not serving, but luckily this one was open so I decided to visit. I ordered the Modern Okonomiyaki with corn butter, squid, shrimp, pork, beef, and deluxe yakisoba with squid, shrimp, pork, beef, and beef tendon. The Modern Okonomiyaki is a specialty where they pile their proud noodles on top of the okonomiyaki and cook it, creating a perfect combination of cabbage texture and chewy thick egg noodles. The staff cooks it on the teppan grill at the table. Although it may not be obvious from the appearance, the overall flavor was a bit light, so I added some sauce and also had some mayonnaise. It felt strange to have okonomiyaki on the 29th floor, but it was a unique experience. Thank you for the meal.

The staff takes care of the okonomiyaki cooking process until it is done. Okonomiyaki cooked by professionals looks much more beautiful. The collaboration menu with organic compost-grown Miyazaki honey sweet potatoes gives a fall vibe. When the chips are on top, it looks like a dessert. Of course, you can also have a modern-style okonomiyaki. The sweet potato okonomiyaki costs 1,150 yen, which is a bit pricey for lunch, but you can never go wrong with the Tsuruhashi Fuzuki okonomiyaki. It's a shame to eat it quickly for lunch. It takes about 20 minutes from start to finish, so I didn't have time to eat slowly, but the sweet potato is wrapped in cabbage and cooked like a baked sweet potato in a bonfire, making it even sweeter. A few minutes' walk from Umeda Station on various lines. I had an early dinner at Hankyu 32nd Street, Sora-niwa Dining on the 29th floor. The restaurant only has table seating. The menu mainly consists of okonomiyaki and yakisoba. I ordered the large size yakisoba (2 servings) and a draft beer. Let's dig in! The yakisoba with 2 servings was quite filling. The noodles were thick and chewy, which I liked. The mild sauce flavor paired well with the beer. However, eating a large size alone might get a bit boring, so getting a regular size and an extra dish would have been better. Overall, it was a satisfying meal! I dined alone, but was seated by the window with a great view, which was a nice touch. It's a shame to sit in such a nice atmosphere alone, but it was a good experience!

A okonomiyaki restaurant with a view of the night scenery. Well, it's not exactly a breathtaking view, but still nice. I think the view during the day is better than at night in general on 32nd Street. The lighting in the restaurant category isn't dimmed much, so I prefer the daytime view. Now, onto the food - the tonpeiyaki, yakisoba, and okonomiyaki are all consistently delicious (^o^). Among them, I particularly enjoy the yakisoba here, as the noodles are a bit thicker and sweeter compared to other chain restaurants. I personally think Tsuruhashi Fugutsu's yakisoba is the best. They have many locations, so it's convenient, but I truly think it's very delicious. It's best to go during lunchtime!
